First time customer but certainly not the last. The service was great. Checking out was fast and efficient. Did not have to stand in line and just an overall pleasant experience.

Garden center very helpful. Sarah, the cashier was very friendly. You could tell she likes her job.

The garden department was crowded and your associates so very busy but I still got the help I needed and they were all very friendly and helpful.

This store usually has what I need for a DIY project and ideas for a simple upgrade on household items. If you don't know how to do something, there is someone who can explain how to do things.

Not helpful, will not price match.

Cashier Tara was amazing. She attempted to locate a clearance light at several stores for me. She reached to a manager to see if it was possible for me to purchase the display item since I was buying the last one and needed to. Unfortunately, the display lighting was all connected together and an electrician would have to dismantle all for the one I needed. I was unable to get the display light but Tara's above and beyond customer service was appreciated ....especially on a busy weekend day.

If you are remodeling or just routine home chores the East Columbus store employees are professionals and helpful. They are all interested in what you are doing and if the associate doesn't know the answer he or she will find someone wwho does and that will help you.

I really can say a lot about this store since I've been there so many times. I know a lot of the employees by name and all by sight and I'm sure they recolonize my face as well over the many times ive been there. They have become my friends... I always received excellent customer service, bar-none... Thanks out to them ALL.

Great store and great people. The staff are very friendly and personable. I have yet to meet one who isn't helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that your are comfortable and knowledgeable about your purchase. They never talk down to you. They are just helpful in any way they can and they genuinely seem to be glad to do so

Rentals department ought to consider circumstances for rentals. If a nail gun keeps jamming customer ought to be able to get another one and get the full rental time restored. Same with Thunderstorms and dangerous lightning. I only got a portion of my rental time of a powerwasher due to severe storms. I'm a really good customer but rental department gave me no consideration.

I love this store. The employees all work so hard to give the customer excellent service. If you have any questions, Steve at the customer service department is absolutely the most knowledgeable and helpful employee. Always a pleasure working with any of the employees in all the departments.

The store personnel were all friendly and cooperative, especially Askalech the Cashier and a female associate who assisted me in loading my purchase into my car.. The gentleman who helped me find my item was also very helpful. I don't know his name but he attended East High School in Columbus.

Paul in plumbing/fittings is theee most helpful associate I've come across in a while. I'm 51 and go in with a logical plan, and Paul explains why I'm wrong, an the easier way to get it done. I've started looking for him if I have questions. I dont think that's stalking..lol

This store is clean, staffed efficiently, and excellent, knowledgeable customer service.

Store employees are always friendly and know exactly where everything is in the store. Saves me lots of time so there is no roaming around trying to find something. They will even take the time to take me to the item needed. Employees have offered suggestions for repairing items as well saving me time and expense of doing the wrong type of repair.

Jamie was BEYOND helpful and patient. Seek her out if you are like me, a deer in headlights in such a place:)

We had such a great experience at this location. John Eyerman helped us with blinds. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, friendly and precise in his measurements and adjustments. We had a great time picking out what we needed with him and he exceeded all of our expectations. We successfully installed our purchase and so the total experience at Home Depot was fantastic all the way through the process! Thank you again, Home Depot and thank you for hiring great staff!!!
