I had trouble with a delivery of a fridge and went into the store to see if a manager might be able to help. Chad came and saved the day. He was absolutely terrrific.

Store had plenty of people on hand to help. I had a return and the staff and management were very helpful and cheerful with every aspect of the return.

The employees are helpful and reliable.

I was fortunate enough to have been assisted by Ralph F Yanni Jr. he's obviously quite experienced and passionate about his job and was able to answer all my question and address all my concerns. Furthermore he made copies of all the appliances I was about to purchase and explained and highlighted all topics concerning my investment, I will definitely be seeking his assistance in the future, I can honestly say that I've been wowed ! Thank you Ralph for making this such a pleasurable experience.

I had a bad experience in Heath, OH where I live, so I drove 30 miles to the Gahanna store, hoping for something better. It was like night and day. I was ordering kitchen cabinets, and the design consultant, David Murray was amazing. He was friendly and clean. He knew his stuff and shared several options with me I didn't know I had. I had several questions, but didn't feel stupid in asking them. I will be happy to drive the extra miles to shop at this Home Depot; it was a great experience.

This is a good store however there is not enough help when needed .

I have found out that if I shop this store before 4;00 pm I always get GREAT service from your great employees.

store is easy to navigate. Bathrooms are usually clean. Staff friendly. Military discount friendly even if you don't have a currant I.D. bring your DD214. Some of the basic boards can be ruff and chewed up, so if you want more perfection you will have to upgrade your lumber and pay more. Overall good store.

In a day and age when store employees are too busy to notice a customer, Home Depot is spot on to allow colleagues to help customers find what they are looking for. Wow! And they are accessible and easy to find. This is so refreshing! Now the clincher: the checkout person went out of her way to help me check out. I was using a self check out and she went over and above to assist me. Wow!! She even told me where to get my doggie treats when I return with my fur-baby. And you can be sure I will return. Oh and just a footnote. Everyone is friendly and smiles in this store.

Me and the family love this store location! They are the best. We love working with Ralph Yanni! Great people, Great service, and we love the classes that we all have benefited from.

EMPLOYEE HELPED ME FIND MY PARTS FAST AND GET ME ON THE WAY

I love the East Columbus Home Depot store because of the employees they have. They always greet you with a smile and warm hello. It shows how they valued their customers. A simple gestures can do thousand things to any customers. The store is also well lit and can see all the displays properly.

This particular Home Depot has always been supportive of community events, which I really appreciate. They are very good about supporting our military too. Tonight, with the help of cashier, Brandi, they stepped up to add value to a hurricane relief effort I was shopping for. Thank you Brandi, and thank you Home Depot!

Terrible. I couldn't believe it. The check out guy was rude and loud. He didn't do his job well. What kind of hardware store doesn't carry LED lights 110v?

I have shopped at this store since it opened. It is convenient to home and has a history of hiring great people.

GOOD STORE

I was a Lowe's customer for a long time. Had never been to any Home Depot. I went to the Home Depot on Hamilton Rd with a customer of mine to buy some paint and I was very impressed with their supplies and staff who actually care about your needs. That was 3 months ago. I have become addicted to Home Depot sorry Lowe's. The prices are great, their return policy no hassels, the staff make you feel at home and the store has a very neat appearance.

For the longest time I thought that Lowe's and the Home depot were about the same. However over time I was finding that the Home depot had more of the better name brands and just better quality building and remolding parts and supplies. Home Depot I think is geared to people who are serious about getting the job right the first time.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received for changing our carpet!

Store #3828 was very well organized and clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. I will be returning to this location in the future.

I was most impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the employees as well as the smooth process for making an appliance purchase.

The cashiers Trenee and the lady assisting were very helpful. And the tall gentleman in flooring helped me immediately with a price check on light bulbs. Even the man getting the carts was very pleasant.

The manager Heather was super to deal with! I purchased a weed trimmer and it started the first time and then would not start. Another employee said I needed to call the company that made it, she immediately refunded my money and said it was up to me if I wanted to repurchase that model or a different one or nothing! She has a good customer service attitude!

Appliance Associates were veryivery informative and knowledgeable about products.

Certain departments are better than others, but there are always enough employees who are ready and willing to assist you. The stocking consistency could be better in certain areas such as Garden, but otherwise the store is clean, trips are quick, and you can find what you need with or without assistance pretty easily.

Since buying our new home we have made quite a few trips to this Home Depot. Every employee we have encountered is always so friendly, helpful, and patient! Bruce and Jeff in the doors and windows department were both exceptional. They advised us on products, were extremely knowledgeable, and respected our budget! Thanks to them and all the other employees who make this a great store to visit.
