I recommend this store. But if you go to a register & Alondra is working, go to a different register. Unless you don't mind zero customer service & being ignored completely. Then by all means use her register.

Store is really conviently located close to downtown. Al the staff members I dealt with were really nice and friendly. We really like this home depot.

Excellent service always busy with customers and takes care of customers at same time.

I would request they had a Home Depot representative monitor the parking for contractors. Trucks park along the pickup entrance and leave their vehicle to shop. I feel contractors should park in the regular parking area and then shop. ONce they have checked out they should have a HD rep watch their purchase while contractor brings their vehicle for the pickup. We've had many incidences where contractors block us in while we are loading our vehicle and have to wait till they return to be able to move out. I hope HD considers this request. thank you.

I visit this store because it has scooters available that the other stores do not have any.

Extremely rude personnel working there and huge language barriers between employees and customers.

A cashier at the customer service counter by the name of Shaila told me I would have to go to another register next time to check out. I thought this was strange and rude. There wasn’t any line. I don’t see why is a problem to help someone when you’re right there just chatting with coworkers.

Customer service desk does a lot! I'm always happy to go to the desk for assistance! All the ladies are very knowledgeable and kind! It's always busy but I always tell them they do a great job! They should all be recognized!

Needs to pay more attention to needs of the customers

I went searching for paint to make my ramp safer not sure if there was anything like that. In the paint section I was assisted by two employees who made it their job to find what I was looking for. I purchased "granite grip" paint to give my ramp a rough like feel to avoid slippage which is exactly what I wanted. Upon checking out, (Diana) the cashier went out of her way to find out if the paint had a rebate and yes it did! she gave me the rebate form and I found the whole experience was thorough and professional....thank you....

The pro desk. Anglea and the crew our very outstanding and they know there products. It makes for a nice visit.

they are helpful all the time, very friendly, he drop a candy and i pick it up and ask him are you diabetic and he said yes, but that candy was for his cough. he didnt know he drop the candy. his hand were full too.he works aisle 10

I had a great experience. I encountered several employees who were very helpful. One in particular, Don, went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. This was not my usual Home Depot but I was in the area. So glad I stopped in!!

Dirty aisles . Employees seemed depressed.

Due to a discontinued item, 54" cutting blade for my riding mower I now am forced to go else where for all my needs. It doesn't make sense for me to buy one item at another store then have to go to Home Depot for other needs! This doesn't make any sense!

I come to this Home depot because I already know where everything's at, they have a good selection but also because of certain employees here that make it a great experience like Vincent pro desk, Christina in returns, small blonde lady always in pro desk (I always know her name but just went blank), Frank in paint, Rick in paint, Anthony, Susan usually in self check out, Christopher, Emilio awesome manager, Roxy awesome assistant manager, & there may b like 5 others that I'm sorry can't think of names right now but eitherway they are what makes this Home depot worth driving the distance for bc they are awesome staff.

I used to like the store at SW Military Dr. But the employees at Fair Avenue are more informed and nicer.

The store was clean and organized, staff genuinely helpful, happy and educated on products.

Last night I stopped in to get a tool and it was probably 10 mins to closing when I arrived and I was taken care of and not dismissed. I knew what I was trying to do for my project and I explained it and they helped me get to my solution. So I checked out at 9:10pm. Thank you for making the time for me.
