I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND MY SALEPERSON WHERE GREAT TOO HIS NAME WAS WILL, IN THE BLIND DEPARMENT THANK YOU WILL

I have found if I need help I can get it and if I can't find something I use my Home depot app and can always find what I'm looking for.

The store was clean, employee was friendly enough and helpful

The store has excellent options and pricing For lighting, ceiling fans, appliances and other Home improvement items that I was shopping for.

Store personal were very helpful, one young lady lead me directly to the item I wanted. The cashier Mekayla quick and helpful at checkout.

Customer service has always been great at this location.

The worst employees, they seem to hate the job.

The store is very clean and neat. My sales associate Patience was the reflection of her name... she helped me w the returns I had to make and was Patient, Efficient, and Professional!

Most of the employees are generally civil but lack basic customer service skills. You find 1 occasionally that is a gem. Friendly is not a word their familiar with.

This store seems to stay fairly busy, yet always organized well for the most part. Some employees are more willing to help, but most everyone is friendly. I get help with my needs most of the times i go in there. I will continue to shop here for home needs and cleaning supplies.

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff, always willing to patiently wait on you and answer questions.

I thought I would never leave a bad review for Home Depot but this particular store has gotten much worst. They never have anything you need in stock. You can never find the employees in their respective sections. You always have to go on a man hunt just to find somebody and then they'll always say "I don't work in this section!" They claim they'll send someone to the section to assist you and you never see them again or the person working in the section. The wait time for help in this store is ridiculousness. On this particular trip I helped someone find some screws, WHY? Because he could't find an employee and I can tell he was getting frustrated. I didn't mind, but I don't work here!!!!! Employee's running from work and they don't want to help customers. I purchased over $400 worth of wood on this particular trip. It took over 30 minutes to get someone to help me load 20 (4x4's) onto the cart, remind you we had already loaded up the other wood because it took so long for them to come in the first place. I told the two guys to stick around because I was about to check-out. I checked out and they were no where to be found. The cashier paged them several times and they never showed up. My mother and I had to load the wood in our vehicle ourselves, I am very disappointed and I probably won't be back!

The store was nice and clean upon entrance. I was greeted with a smile and did notice this location was practicing social distancing with barriers for the cashier and markings on the floor for the customers. I needed assistance and did receive it in just a few moments. The employees didn’t just assist me with what I needed, they also asked if they could assist me with anything else before they walked away. The bald head brother that rekey the locks really took time ensuring I understood the rekey process and offered sound advice for the products that I purchased. I can honestly say I learned something from him. The cashier Ms. Patience did ask if I found everything and did display a great attitude while checking out to include welcoming me to their store again. Management Team, continue to do what you all have been doing because it looks good through your employees.

Very unprofessional people. Tried to see a used product as new! Returned it as soon as I saw the the unprofessionalism. I didn’t even get my purchase to the car!!!

Management in this store is unprofessional and outright lie to customers. I'm never going back and will travel across town before I go down the street here. If you dont like people, then you're in the wrong profession. Only at Fairfield

I shop at the Fairfield HD regularly because of its convenience. But, also because the associates are always nice and helpful. I've bought a washer, stove, toilets etc from here and all the associates are great. I recently went to another home improvement store and was in the tile section about and hour and was never acknowledged or helped. I keep coming back o HD because of your team members...from the associates to the cashiers to the guys who help load your car. Awesome team!!

Hello ..My 1st.Time Visit. The Associate was very Knowledgeable and Patient with Me....I purchased the Ryobi One+( combo) Cordless String Trimmer & Blower Kit..Wow!!! What a Great Purchase.After I mowed my lawn. I used The Trimmer/Edger. It was so Easy to use!!.The Blower works Great, also..I am Extremely Pleased with my purchase. ( I have received Many complements on "My. Lawn")..Thank-You..I Am Truly Grateful.

I will go all out the way just to come to Home Depot in Fairfield it's my favorite I feel at home .

Home Depot was very clean and well-organized... Put customers safety first as well as employees by practicing social distance while going through this pandemic... associate and plumbing and electrical was very helpful and knew his stuff

Fairfield management helps with all the problems that you come through in the store. They also get the specialist to assist you with the computers and find all the materials that you need if you doing a home or project. All the cashiers are friendly and eager to make sure you get the all the stuff you need. If they don't have the supplies to order for you special orders a good never had any problems for years bread store right management.
