Customer service is better than what it was before

Love this store.

I have always had a great experience at the Home Depot stores and I will forever be a life long customer.

The store is secure and clean. The store is very east to navigate and plenty of items to chose from. plenty of parking. I shop here a lot and never had a problem.

Store is well laid out, employees are unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Patience was so kind to us at checkout , she is the ephinany of a true customer service representative. Patience had a warm welcoming personality that would cause individuals to return to the store. I observed her even while assisting my husband and asking if she could help other customers.

The Fairfield store is as always trying to make your visit as pleasant and safe as possible . There is always security by the jcso. Head cashier, Patence make sure that the cashiers are assisting the customers during checkout.

Every time I come this store i get the help I need if I can find someone.

Always helpful & friendly

I was able to find everything I was looking for. The store was clean and products were easy to find, The associates were friendly and answered questions I had about the products I wanted. After check-out an associate was immediately available to help me load my car.

Paint Dept. Shawn Scott is very knowledgeable and this made my decision easy Cashier Tiffany very courteous and had genuine concern for the customer. I’m a disabled Veteran . Tiffany looked out for me by providing me with assistance to load materials. Why is this so important, it was a long line behind me but she made sure I was taken care of.

Great store with terrific people and management. Always helpful and friendly. Just realize that one you plce an order deliveries are out of their hands and subject to being filled by another store that just plain does not care.

I just went to buy one item, and had no trouble finding it on my own! . The cashier, Jessica by name, treated me with great respect and made polite conversation as she rang up my item. she treated the customers ahead of me and behind me with the same courteous and friendly attitude!!
