My Husband and I would often shop the Fairfield Home depot store but they don,t honor ALL VETERANS something I think that they should, when serving the country they did not put stipulations on their fighting for certain people of this country.

Very Helpful, knowledgeable and polite store personnel. Personnel actually asked me If they could assist me! Best encounter I have had in my over 23 years of being a GC. I wish the Metro Atlanta Stores could learn from this location.

This store is nice but we seem to prefer the store in Jasper. The one in Fairfield seems cramped while the one in Jasper seems to have more room in the aisles.

I'm a contractor who works all over the city of Birmingham and the state. And I always try to schedule my material pick ups so that I can shop at my particularly favorite store. They go above and beyond whats expected to make sure I have what I need when I need it at the best price possible

These yellow plastic handles are much better than the old wooden type.

Out of all the home depot stores the Fairfield store is the one affordable painting goes to for everything from paint to appliances or advice on all our painting needs

Terika has helped me in the Millwork department previously. I was happy to see her again. She was just as friendly at the register as she was in her department. This shows that she is a valuable associate because she is useful in multiple departments.

The store was clean, associate in the microwave area were friendly she went above and beyond to assist me find the microwave I came there to purchase. The cement associate was helpful in helping me get the right cement.

The store was in order and customer service was excellent..

Fairfield Home Depot has some very deep knowledgeable employees and are very helpful. While some are retiring and going part-time they are still there to help train younger new employees. Attitude is everything even in a small old store like this one.

Brandy, is a very personable, professional, patient, and knowledgeable about all items that I was looking for. I look for him when I am shopping at Home Depot and I applaud his kindness and knowledge about the entire store.

The store is a little crowded. No one at this store value the customer when entering into the store. NOT one associates spoke or even ask if I needed help finding anything. Yes I use the self check-out but the young lady didn't speak, I had to make her speak. The head cashier didn't bother either. NO THANK you for shopping with us no nothing. They must do better!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help by each and every employee that I passed on my way to the appliance center. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, especially with Virginia in the appliance department. She made my visit and shopping experience an absolute pleasure.

Ample products and employees who know their products who are willing to help with my project .
