I brought my carpet and paint and all what I need for my home, it’s easy to find what you want.

Bought a log splitter and was in and out of store in 20 minutes' actually wheeled the unit from back storage and met me at customer service desk.

She should get a raise!!!

Buying items for rebuilding a shed, had to come back several times for different items, I realize that this is not a typical request and would generally pertain to HD in general, but it would be nice if everything could be put on one tab even though it was bought at different times and different days

I had a horrid experience with the Milwaukee store and was sent to Franklin to pick up supplies the Milwaukee had messed up. Amber was amazing and corrected my problem in 5 minutes. She turned a very sour experience into a happy outcome. I will drive the extra 30 minutes just to go to this store.

They sell an appliance and installation but then when the appliance shows up they say they cannot install! What kind of operation is this?

Can’t explain how helpful Bill from Hardware was during this shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He even came out to our car to make sure we bought the right piece for our trailer. It definitely wasn’t warm weather out either. Just want to highlight how great he was n he went above and beyond. Our trailer works way better now!

You are the best Home Depot

At this store, we normally leave with a smile. Jennifer Beierle (store manager) is hiring wonderful young folks to be the face of Home Depot in Franklin. My wife and I had garden product questions and three young men made the answers happen. They are Eric Velarde, Jamar McKinney, and Nicolas Perea. In a world with so much 'NO customer service' and poor customer experiences, these three gentlemen made our day with great attitudes. Keep up the great work everyone! We will be back soon.

Purchased a Coast 350 Flashlight showing Shelf Price of $17.97. Checkout Price was $19.98.

I had an issue with a window I had ordered and installed. One of the sashes was ordered as an obscure piece of glass (bathroom window) but it came clear. After initially being told by another associate to call the window manufacturer as it was their mistake, I accepted that but was not feeling the best about making headway. Another employee who had been there for quite some time told me that she might be able to find an easier way to resolve and did. I am extremely happy with her willingness to go above and beyond to help me.
