A neat store. Items are easy to find. Employees are helpful. Prices are competitive. Service is quick. And on one particular visit, I accidently left $40 in the cash dispenser and an employee by the name of Ivy found it and retained it for me. I recommend this store and the staff.

Each visit to the location has been frustrating and disappointing. My first visit was to by "trickle hoses' for my garden. The only employee in the garden department barely spoke English, and didn't know what a trickle hose even was. I spent about 10 minutes trying to explain before giving up and going home to order one online at Amazon. My second visit was to order custom blinds. It took 3 associates before someone knew how to do this, and when the blinds finally arrived they were the wrong style and size, even though someone from their store came out to do all of the measuring. My most recent visit was even worse. My wife and I went to exchange an empty propane tank for a fresh one. The self-service kiosk outside was out of order and a sign said to see a clerk inside for assistance. So we carry the propane tank inside ( unaware that this is against store policy, there are no propane tanks allowed in the store). We stand just inside the door of the store where the customer service counter is. We stand in line for 20 minutes, and are passed by multiple staff and at no point are we acknowledged in any way. When we finally get to the counter, we are yelled at by the clerk and told we have to go outside immediately because there cannot be propane tanks inside the store. I was cut off every time I tried to speak, and all she would say was we had to go outside. My first complaint is why weren't we informed of this at some point during the 20 minutes I was standing there holding a heavy tank,? If it is that important to them, why was I allowed to just stand there for so long holding one? And second, it is inexcusable to shout at a customer repeatedly. She could have very politely explained the issue with carrying propane inside the store ( even when it's empty) and politely asked me to leave the tank outside and come back in to pay for the new one. That is by far the most unprofessional and rude behavior I have ever witnessed in a national chain store. After three strikes, that store is definitely out. I will happily drive further to shop elsewhere from now on.

Customer service is on the decline at this store, and have been witnessing it for the past 6 months. You can never find someone to help you in the department you are actually needing help, and when you do find someone they can never help you because "I don't work that department" or you get the poor attitude because they have to go find someone to assist you and it's taking them from doing what they were going to do. There are promotional people pestering you constantly about a bathroom remodel or some great sale they having going on, and when you politely inform them your not interested, or that you just purchased a new home and do not really need a remodel; you get the rolling of the eyes like "your about to miss out on a some great deal", when really all you want is for someone to assist you in the paint or electrical department. This store is in need of new management like soon because the folks they have in place now, are just not getting it done nor doing their jobs! Luckily for me there is a Sherman Williams paint right across the parking lot, just wish there was a Lowes closer by.

This store's only problem is that it needs to replace the electric carts provided for mobility impaired customers. They are in a complete state of disrepair. Whenever I've visited this store, there were only 2 carts available and either the battery was dead in one, and the other, while showing that it was fully charged, stopped in the middle of an aisle after only about 15 minutes. Makes it difficult to complete my shopping if I have to walk and push a cart all over the store.
