Love early morning Sunday shopping at home Depot I always enter through the garden department and in completely satisfied with the help I received Krystal cashier & Thomas manager of the garden area make it a wonderful shopping experience always cheerful & willing to help

Store #6517 is always such a pleasure to visit. Whoever does the hiring for this store knows quality people when they interview and hire them. Unlike the big competitors, Home Depot employees know how to treat customers to keep them coming back

New managers and better service!

Employees Dave Thompson and Shawn Conner at the Lake Jackson Home Depot helped me find the type sand I needed for my project then loaded 1800lbs of it safely,efficiently and securely on my one ton truck with no problems whatsoever. One of the main reasons I buy at Home Depot is the people that work there.

I have visited many hardware stores and it is always hit or miss on finding the products and the information you need to complete a project. This store has been a consistent provider of both. They are friendly and relentless in helping me to do what I need. Every employee greets you as you walk by and ask if they can assist.

I bought worm casings, garden plants (tomatoes & peppers), and 50% off Potting Mix that I could not find at other stores in Lake Jackson. They also had Dolomite in granular form which helps plants grow that provides magnesium and calcium! The items were very inexpensive at Home Depot!

Recent visit - excellent customer service and found everything on my home repair list I needed

I always buy the open bags of salt for a discount. Not only is salt missing but it also is hard to handle and spills out. I do this and don’t mind the spillage cause of a discount price. The bags I picked up were cut in half and the Mrs Home Depot lady thought it’s only worth a 5% discount to buy the open bags. This store has gone down hill big time. Time to change management.

If you go to this store, you better know exactly what you want and exactly where it is, or you will spend half the day getting your shopping done.

All of the associates were friendly and very helpful! If I asked for a certain product, they knew where to direct me!

Customer Service at paint department is below par. Wasted my time and the stores product by making the lowest quality version of Bear Brand when I had asked the difference between the 3 and definitely wanted the Ultra one coat. She seemed very annoyed to even have to mix paint or that I had asked what the choices were ..... maybe I interrupted her conversation w co worker?!?!?! Told me she would leave it at end of counter when she was done. Came by picked up and went to checkout all to discover it rang up $13 so I knew it was wrong. Front of can said Essential. So frustrating when just trying to complete a project. Should have left the rest of my things there since I did not get the MAIN thing and definitely not going back to counter to have her “help” again. I am a GM for dept store and never write bad reviews but this one was so frustrating!!!!!!! I do go out of my way to write good ones because I know how hard retail people work!!! Their front end team was super nice

I found what I was looking for quickly, and was able to check out without waiting in line.

I was able to buy everything i needed and when i couldn’t find an item or needed help no matter which dept there was always someone to help or they found someone to answer any questions we had! Very friendly and helpful team!
