Great place never thought in a million years I feel more comfortable in the Southern California location of Home Depot versus in say Northern California awesome

Wanted to create some extra long shelving in my apartment. I had Ken help me out, who made the entire project come together with perfection. He selected all the materials I would need and brought me in on budget. Shelves were up in an hour. No return trips to the store needed, super efficient. All thanks to Ken.

Some store associates are better than others, but lately the people I've met at Home Depot have been very helpful and patient. Things seem to be improving.

The store is well-stocked. The employees are very helpful. My overall experience was excellent

This place is awesome !

I approached the check out counter and although the cashier saw me standing and waiting to pay, I had to ask him to please help me as he was chatting with another co worker near his register. (They both acknowledged me, but I still had to flag their attention to cash me out.) The cashier Matthew (who has the spelling MATH-U under his name on his orange apron), made me feel like I was an interruption and an annoyance. Our interaction was brief but he managed to make me feel like an annoyance for asking him to ring me up. I noticed the price tag on the item I was purchasing was almost 50.00 off and he made me go all the way back to where the ladders where to snap a picture of the price tag. I showed him the image and he corrected it and seemed incredibly annoyed about it. I wasn't rude or impatient so his demeanor completely inappropriate. Employees are always ready to help, I received very good advices for my projects, rather it was painting or for my plants.

I had a GREAT experience in the garden department on Sun., April 18. Two employees -- Ruben and Racquel, a cashier, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable about products, and very pleasant. I am visually impaired with corneal transplants. Ruben shared first-hand experience repotting Firesticks. He warned using good rubber gloves because the plant releases a white sap. Contact can badly irritate a person's eyes. Ruben also recommended soil I needed and price-checked a large planter. Racquel came from behind cash register, removed the planter bottom, showed me where to punch drainage holes, and then replaced the bottom snuggly. I learned something new about gardening with succulents...

I snuck in at 9pm , no lines and excellent service.

The Home Depot #6611 Store is a very friendly, helpful snd resourceful store, specially for the DIY type of shoppers, always willing to explain, direct, and answers Customer’s questions. I feel treated kindly and with respect by all personnel. Thank you for the excellent Customer experience!

I would only like to say, i"m replacing white wood lattice (4ftX8ft) on my property but you no longer carry that product. Is it maybe you're out of stock and you will get more what?

They always have everything that I need. Their special order and rental personnel are exceptional. The store is always clean and the staff are professional and courteous.

The store had a good selection of products and it was easy to find what I was after. Very helpful assistance as well.

THE SORE IS VERY CLEAN, THEY ALWAYS HAVE ITEMS IN STOCK, AND TH STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL. CHECK OUT THEIR XMAS DECORATION CONTEST FOR STORE ASSOCIATES BETWEEN END OF NOV AND DEC. DON'T USE THE SIDEWALK THOUGH, YOU'LL BE WALKING THROUGH A WALL OF PEOPLE SHOOTING CRAPS ON THE SIDEWALK. NOT COMFORTABLE FOR MEN OR WOMEN. MUST DRIVE TO AVOID THE SIDEWALK CHARADES

Store 6611 is a great store! All the employees from appliances, flooring and millworks are readily available to assist with product location and have great product knowledge. I was greeted with friendly smiling professionals eager to help me and provide solutions for my project. There was plenty of stock strategically placed around the store which makes it convenient to shop. The store was clean and Covid restrictions were being adhered to with masks and social distancing. Register was readily open and available with no long lines or waiting.

Michelle C. Exceptional work, and exceptional customer service and check out process. Normally store is out of the way, willing to shop here more often because of employees like her.

Awesome experience today! James in gardening found a forklift and retrieved the product I was looking for from the top shelf. Jennifer and Russ in gardening helped push 2 dollies full of soil and mulch for me, and answered ALL my questions on succulents. Ruben in gardening helped load my SUV . Josh retrieved and carried my propane tank .Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable this visit. Look for them and I'm sure you will be pleased also.

A+ customer service. Every employee stops what they're doing to help my wife and I (of course unless they're with another customer). All employees are knowledgeable about where everything is located. This is a huge time saver for us!

I basically made a decision to buy the beacon park collection set after the help & information provided by James & Ruben. On this Friday night I bought a matching ottoman before closing time the female manager & cashier were very friendly as well. Clean location,even the restroom was super clean:)

I was in a bit of a rush..(who in L a isn't) and after being directed to the men's room I asked a man at a demo table where what i wanted might be .. he pointed me to a man in that aisle that man walked me to the next aisle when this lovely and attractive woman made eye contact and asked if she could help me... She waked me to what i was looking for and then to the other thing I needed... i self checked out. it was fast, easy and a pleasure to get back on the road to my next appointment.
