I'm sure I'm not going to have the same experience every time, but every one of the 10 associates I asked help from was DELIGHTED, sincerely, to help my wife and I. A HUGE thank you to your staff!!

This particular store closes at 10pm... At 9pm they dim the lights and for the next hour the intercom is going off ever 5-7 minutes, “ ATTENTION HOME DEPOT CUSTOMERS, THE TIME IS 9:05 and we close in 55 minutes” why do we need to be reminded every few minutes? Why am I being followed around like someone stealing? I feel rushed every time and end up forgetting things. I am done with this location. Why at 10pm are the parking lights cut off? This is a safety issue and someone could get hurt. This has happened on more than 5 occasions. I continued to come to this location because it’s 2 mins from my house. I’m done though. I’ve had enough with this store. I want a call from the regional manager. Please

It was a slow eves. Everyone was engaged in stocking inventory and working hard. I had a return that was handled very efficiently. I proceeded to shop for a fire extinguisher and 2 CO detectors. I was directed to the appropriate area of the store. Big thanks to TyThua, David and Albert for helping me w all my shopping needs. Very grateful.

I know this store gets a lot more traffic than other HD stores I go into, so I understand customer svs is a challenge. Last time I was there I asked 3 different people, including someone in doors and windows , where I could find a la carte closet door hanging tracks, which I knew you should have. All 3 got it wrong and sent me to a different aisle w/ no tracks. I gave up and was picking something else up in hardware and ran into David, who has helped me a few times before and always seems to know exactly where everything in the whole store is. I asked him, and sure enough, he walked me right over to the end wall section of doors and windows where the tracks were. Thank You David!

Racquel is a great customer service Home Depot team member. I left my wallet after shopping and I appreciate her keeping my items to the side to prevent me from starting over and coming back to pay for the items

I almost always end up spending more time than I plan to when I go to this store in Marina del Rey. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

The presence of hauling contractors taking up valuable parking spaces with their trucks is unappealing and problematic for customers looking to park during peak store hours (or anytime, for that matter).

Great place to shop....and as a "do it yourself" kind of guy who needs a lot of "help" in "do it yourself" I find the store has what I need and the people in the store have been very good at explaining at times how to do it right the first time!

This store is very large and had everything I needed. The staff was helpful and i was in and out of there pretty quickly

The associate in the garden department was extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable. I am not always able to track down someone in the department, but was lucky on this particular visit.

Good store that has always had what I wanted. If your a contractor or handyman, you know weekends are not the time to hit this one. Check out can take a bit. But excellent crew and is 99% stocked with what I need.

I’ve never seen this store so clean and stocked! All ready for Christmas and full of merchandise, even had my Dremel accessories that I’ve been unable to find during Covid! Way to go Marina store, looking good!

I received some excellent customer service on my last visit to this location. This is a huge location and usually it is very hard to get help, but things seem to be improving.

Every year the Marina del Rey Home Depot displays its Christmas items for sale.There has been NO consideration provided in ethnically diverse products. They don't care.

The senior employees at this store are VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Sets my mind at ease to solve little issues while redoing our kitchen!!

Tray in large appliances made shopping at the Playa Home Depot a wonderful experience. You should hire more friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and passionate employees like Tray. Well done!

I wanted to thank Dawan, #88297, who was my cashier. He was friendly, courteous,and polite. Interestinglly enough, he asked to have the survey filled out. But there is no place to name your cashier specifically. That should be the first thing on the survey. Then everything else. The store was mostly clean, but many items were dangerously low. The line was ridiculous in paint. (It is always like that) I prefer to pay more than to wait in that line.. If you have questions, you feel like you are hated by the people who are still waiting. There was only one guy who was there. Not adequate at all. That's it!

It was a great store to shop at, it does extremely full with customers. My biggest complaint would be no apple pay. Nobody wants to touch the pin pad during a pandemic!!!

Check the prices where you pick up and then the price at the register Then let them say they’ll match it while telling me they have to organize Things as if it is a Privilege to get the price displayed

Clean, friendly and welcoming environment. The knowledge and expertise of their team members made our decision making very easy. Highly recommend!
