The Ashland HD is simply the best store EVER. It is always clean and neat, which makes you feel safer, even during this Covid period. Each time I visit (couple times a week), I receive the best possible customer service from the nicest and kindest employees. Have been using this store since it opened and don't plan to ever change that. As is often the case, I needed some product recommendations today and was well pleased. Employees are generally very knowledgeable. If one doesn't know what you need, they direct you to someone else.

I worked with Jeannie in the Flooring Department. She was patient with all of my questions and provided great education. When we were finished, she personally walked me over to the next department I needed to visit (Doors and Windows) and introduced me to the employee in that department who proceeded to help me with my door need.

This is my store of choice. Before Covid19, the employees were very knowledgeable and aware of the products and availability. It has especially become vital since the customer services associates are very knowledgeable and are able to advise and assist when you are purchasing by telephone. Due to Covid19 I do not go into stores. However, the CSR Pam was excellent in the Appliance Department, with my last major purchase. Employees like her make the business and create the environment and climate for the customers. I love the store when I was actively shopping, before our pandemic.

Lumber department guy watched me load a 10 foot 2x10 in a dress and heels.no offer of assistance until I loaded it myself. That crap is heavy, help would be cool.

5-star customer service - associates go the extra mile to ensure that customers are safe, find the products they are seeking, and have them loaded in the car. I found what I was looking for with the help of an extremely knowledgeable, patient associate. The items I purchased were carefully loaded into my car by another top-notch associate.

The store was organized. They had a good supply of plants that I was looking for. Kudos to the cashiers, but many other associates were not wearing masks, nor did they adhere to social distancing. This made me very uncomfortable!

We had a great experience at the Home Depot, Ashland location. We were there to purchase paint and supplies to complete a few projects at home. The store had already been "marked" with x's on the floors for social distancing awareness (pre- stay at home orders). I appreciated seeing that. We made our selections. The staff was helpful, respectful, friendly and efficient. We chose self check out but were greeted by another associate who also took the time to wish us well on our way out. Thanks for a great job, all!

When we walked in the store it was so very clean and a warm atmosphere. We asked for some direction where the items were we needed, and the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. We walked past a few other associates and they spoke as well and the cashier Sandra was so friendly and helpful. Gave us a very warm feeling.
