The workers are friendly, knowledgeable and the store is nicely organized.

This store usually does not stock what you need. This store is very hard to find employees to help. They usually just walk by and ignore you.

Amy and Jessica knocked it out the part at the register. While Matt was a total all star when it came to finding all the appliances we needed! Best home-dept location we have ever been to. Customer service is on point at this location!

I would like to take a minute to say Thank You to the Olean Home Depot. My husband and I just finished the bathroom remodel for my grandmother who broke her hip. I found all the hand rails and walk in shower stuff we needed. Your store is well stocked and your staff is friendly and helpful. We remodeled our kitchen through this store, her bathroom and hopefully soon our bathroom. We shop here a lot and highly recommend Home Depot in Olean Ny!

The Home Depot in Olean, NY. is centrally located and easy to access. Their products are easy to find and service is excellent. All the associates were friendly and very helpful and eager to answer your questions and assist you in any way possible. The store was clean and associates easy to ask questions of.

If the cashier Michaela is working go to another register she is very rude. I went she would not answer my questions and I felt very ignored. However the rest of the store was very clean and the other employees I interacted with were helpful and kind. I don’t know if she had a bad day but she definitely made it known if she was

I love the Olean NY Home Depot. Especially their garden section. I cannot wait for every spring to arrive so i can go load up my cart with new annuals, perennials, stone work, fencing, etc. I can easily get there, shop and get back on my lunch hour. Thank you!
