I like this store because it's close to my home, helpful salesperson and it's a one stop shopping.

THEIR 3 STAR RATING ON YELP IS GENEROUS. CLEARLY THE LEADERSHIP AT THESE STORES IS POOR. THEY REDUCE THE HOURS AND PILE THE CUSTOMERS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER AS A RESULT. WHY NOT JUST MOVE THE HOURS BACK TO NORMAL SO YOU CAN SPACE EVERYONE OUT MORE THIS IS RIDICULOUS. CLOSING AT 6PM WHEN DRUG STORES ARE OPEN TO AT LEAST 9PM IS LAUGHABLE. YOU HAVE ABOUT 100 FOLKS TRYING TO RUSH IN AND PAY AT THE LAST MINUTE PRETTY STUPID.

I used the online app and it gave me the correct aisle and bay that the product was in. I love that, which makes it easier for me to just go in get what I wanted and not having to look for it. Thank you.

Employees were very helpful. However, if you purchase something that is suppose to have manuals, make sure they have them before you make your purchase. Though store was crowded, lines moved quickly so the wait was reasonable. I like it when you ask an employee where something is, they give you the isle and where in the isle your item is.

Jimmy in Lumber was very helpful with great advice and a great attitude. The store was well maintained and found 99% of what I needed. (just needed 1/2 wing nuts that I have to find else where) but over all a great visit.

If you are a home owner and trying to do projects at home during this "Covid stay at home period", I was told by mayors office that I could not shop in person at the store as "I was not essential". If you are in same boat, Use pearl City Store and ask for Cory at the Pro Desk as he will help take your order over the phone and arrange delivery to your house for a reasonable delivery fee.

The employees were very helpful. I am older and they always helped me load my van up. The store is clean and the employees are helpful in finding things. Employees need to be educated on policy. Or better yet, the store managers need to be more reasonable and accomodating.

Love going to the Pearl City Home Depot. The atmosphere isn't so chaotic from their downtown store on Alakawa. The employees are always helpful when I need assistance. Products are not always in-stock, but employees have gone out of their way to accommodate the situation. Customer service here is great!! Daniel and Rudy in electrical are very helpful and willing to assist as always. Jun in the lumber area is always there when needing assistance.

Your employees must really like working there because they are always so pleasant. I think I should get a job there!

The Home Depot Store, Pearl City is very clean and sales people are friendly and helpful!

Customer service is always readily available and most associates are easy to approach and work with. Especially the paint department. They’re always on point!!

lack of service from associate when i needed help. cashier was very snotty when there was no tag on the item i wanted to purchase and was last one on the shelf. no manager available to listen to my concerns.

People at this store seem clueless and they lack communicating with each other. Employees also do not seem to know their own policies and will tell you false information.

BAD SERVICE, RUDE SALES PERSON (FEMALE) and I ended up cancelling my $450 order and getting a credit/refund. I will purchase the item that I was unable to get taken care of at another store.
