Idiots running the place

More than once now we've received expert help from employees who 'formerly' worked in blinds and flooring/carpet who were 'helping out' when that department was quite busy. Not sure how they suddenly appeared (e.g. when they were quite busy the other day, we just said we'd 'hover' in the blinds aisle until they could help, and the Paint Mgr who used to work in Blinds suddenly appeared and helped us both days, getting the samples for color to bring home and offering expert advice, and then helping us with our special order). So besides the Home Depot philosophy of "walking customers to what they're looking for", I can now add "amazing teamwork" to the list of reasons I really like the Plymouth MN store.

You will find that Kevin has the expertise, knowledge and personal experience with all deck materials and will listen to your needs and answer any and all questions you may have. He is very patient, approachable, friendly, has exceptional experience and product knowledge. The materials in the industry continually change and provide newer and better products all the time. He keeps current, knows the product lines and is able to help you identify your personal needs. I highly recommend Kevin as your consultant and sales professional for any deck project! From start to finish, he was always available :) My brother is a building contractor who was with me during my ordering process. He was also very impressed with the current changes to the Trex product line and the specific areas that Kevin was able to share with us and how the product has improved. We left having full confidence and trust working with Kevin and found value and comfort in our decision making process. This specific store, in general, has excpetional service and sales people who are available to help you to the best of their ability (or find someone who can help you). THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD A STORE

I shop at this store in Plymouth often. Recommend it. For me, it's close to home and has most of what I want. I have purchased items such as carpet, water heater and power tools...etc. Hope it never closes and I do like the management idea to give their employee's star's for good service. I had two workers help me big time. One guy named AL helped me find some good shoe glue and he explained how to use it. At the checkout a lady named Lucy, was kind and helpful, made me feel good her personality was professional.

Store is always clutter free, and much better inventory than competitors.

Well stocked and that's about ALL I can say that's positive about this store. I've had three special orders screwed up. An in-store pickup, a lawn mower delivery, and a major appliance delivery. Three strikes, they're out.

I received excellent service the past two times I have been to this store; first when renting equipment and then in the pain section. Way to go HD!

Evan and the staff in the Lumber Department gave me the right information to help me get the necessary lumber to build a Soundproof Room after I presented my plan that I got from various YouTubers. The other staff such as from the Nails and Screws, Ventilation, and Kitchen (for my other project) were great help too.

The employees were very helpful to me finding what we were looking for and check out was very smooth!!

It was easy to find what we needed and James the cashier was friendly.

We were helped in the appliance department. We had a knowledgeable person who was also very nice and easy to work with, All our questions were answered. We look forward to our new appliances being delivered.

Refrigerator sales guy is excellent. He's been in appliance sales for 20+ yrs and explained the different ways fridge/freezers work, what is best for my needs, which factors make a difference (e.g. additional sq footage in this unit is not in "usable space"). Huge help.

Service rec'd by customer is always dependent on the associate in the store--if they are having a good day equals good service--bad day sometimes service is not very good Need more associates in store to assist--at times hard to find someone to assist
