Great store with excellent staff!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, ARRIVED LATE JUST BEFORE CLOSE, TOMMY @ HOME DEPOT ASKED US WHAT WE NEEDED, WE NEEDED 2 SCREEN DOORS, HE LOCATED THEM IN THE CEILING STORAGE AREA, GOT THEM DOWN, GOT US ON OUR WAY IN 15 MINUTES, 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED! GREAT ATTITUDE, KIND, UNDERSTANDING!!

5 STARS All the associates were helpful, also store stock was plentiful. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable about store coupons and special offers.

July 2020, Not very customer service oriented at the customer service area. It used to be much more welcoming.

Home Depot Rehoboth is a very good store. I like the fact that the prices are already 5% less than those of a major competitor who requires one to use their credit card to get the comparable price for same or comparable item. After much research, I went with the Husky 4.5 gal compressor over various competitors. It had a good warrantee, HD has a good record for accepting returns, and the compressor was the best one for my parameters: quietness, delivery pressure and volume, size, and apparent build quality. On my latest visit, I was pleased to see that they had removed the cluster of 6 self-checkout stations and replaced it with only 4 totally new stations with large new touch screens, and class barriers between each. It was nicely done. The self-checkout area is now quite spacious and much more comfortable to be in than the earlier versions. I am delighted that they did this. With this and other measures, they've shown me in this and other ways that they care and adapt quickly to improve customer comfort and safety. I am truly impressed.

A great place to find quality products at a low price.

Tried to purchase online for in store pick up. I waited about 15 min at customer service because they couldn’t find my order. They replaced one item with a similar product and had the other one completely wrong. When I called back, they were a little short with me and I was told the product I was looking for was out of stock despite what the site says and that it would be useless to try to purchase via ship to store since the stock online was not correct. Now I have to go back again and return the product so that completely defeats the purpose of a safer curbside or easy pick up experience that I was looking for, not to mention that I got NEITHER item that I paid for.

Poor customer assistance in plumbing and electrical on May 11, 2020. Numerous employees were asked if they can get me an experience associate in each department mentioned and they all stated they will get someone. Waited about 15 minutes each department and no one showed up. Further asked other employees after leaving those departments and was told they don’t work there. Very frustrating.

Home Depot is alway’s a good place to go and they really help you when u need it!

jill in customer service is amazing. She was friendly, responsive and took care of my request. I could not be happier.

If you go to buy plants, get them first before you enter the store now that they have one way shopping.

the sales staff in the appliance department were very knowledgeable and understood our needs. they helped getting the correct material and mage arrangements to have the material delivered as needed. the store was neat and clean. restrooms were very clean, but needed to be located in the center of the store.

I thought that the store looked good and clean even the bathroom, Employees were friendly and Kim was very helpful. Very nice young man even talked to the kids.

I was buying a new dryer. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between machines and my needs. What I liked the most was his undivided attention.

The need more than one checkout manned by a person. The computer check out will not scan through some packaging - waited 5 min until help came Generally not enough customer service available around the store. Very frustrating when your trying to get back to the job site to get work done.

Home Depot is where I go for all my project needs and I am happy to say we are always pleasantly satisfied with the finished projects because of Home Depot.

Upon entering this store you're not greeted. The employees stand around but won't assist you, even if you ask. They have no knowledge of the store. Then at checkout they ask did you find everything? Huh? Really? The military discount isn't given without identification! Most veterans don't carry their id cards. Anyways pre-registration takes care of this.

Watch out for any purchases that have to be installed. Personnel could not install a MICROWAVE! Range that was to be delivered on the same day, damaged. Buyer beware!

Mark Bennett helped me immensely with this purchase, he was knowledgeable and knew the products extremely well, he made this a good experience, he is a great employee.
