I never thought I would be writing a review about a Home Depot, but I truly love this store - this location in Sports Arena in particular. Every single time I am in here (it is quite often these days), everyone is super helpful and friendly to both me and my dog. Honestly, the managers are the best. I have had multiple experiences where a manager has proactively helped me and gotten me unexpected amazing discounts. The employees are also readily available and willing to help - which I need 99% of the time I am in there as a new home owner. I now frequent Home Depot more than the Target next door for every day things, and that's saying something!

After feeling frustrated trying to make my way through the crowded isles filled with huge displays and boxes of stuff, I was met by a cashier who’s name is Karen, M. She was such a delight to work with when she was helping me and she just lifted up my day. She has a natural affinity that made me forget my frustrations. And this is the first time that I felt this way at any Home Depot. So do yourself a favor and go look up Karen M at the Home Depot #0674.

Ms. Jelly Helped Me and She was absolutely awesome. She left late for her lunch break because she insisted on helping me first. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Great experience. She answered questions and was super helpful and friendly! KUDOS TO Ms. Jelly!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in just for some screws for my kitchen pan, but the gentleman who helped me did a complete job for me so I don't have to do it by myself at home. He was very patient and helpful! I highly recommend the Sports Arena Home Depot to others!!!

Appreciate the Garden Section has reduced bags of mulch & stone that have small holes in bags. Great deals!

In this day and age, caring and consideration is everything. When I shop at the Sports Arena Home Depot, I am most always welcomed by a staff member. On my most recent visits, two employees stand out as great examples of customer service. The is Ed in Plumbing who went out of his way to retrieve parts from a top shelf that were just what I needed. His direction allowed me to complete my kitchen faucet installation with ease. Ed was kind, understanding, and patient while helping me. The other employee is Karen J. Karen has worked at Sports Arena Home Depot for many years. I have deeply appreciated her friendliness, support, care. Karen works in the Garden Department and I have seen her consistently care for her customers. She has been helpful with products and suggestions on numerous occasions. Karen is the epitome of great customer service and I know she is a most valuable asset to Home Depot. People like Karen and Ed are the reasons I exclusively shop at the Sports Arena Home Depot.

Every time me and my wife visit the sports area location Charles is so helpful and makes sure me are satisfied with the shopping experience! He is a great example of a helpful retail worker, plus super fast checkout time

Leslie (lumber cashier) and JR (lumber associate) were both super friendly and helpful. I will continue going to this store because of the customer service.

Nick will help you problem solve! He has a ton of suggestions and is extremely knowledgeable of all HD products. He also treats his employees with respect and empowerment which is so inspiring.

How much training does it take to identify a coupon and to scan it in the computer at checkout? Here it takes 4 employees and 25 minutes. Enough said.

As most people know, Home Depot employees can be as helpful as a 50-50 gamble. If you find somebody that is good, and will speak to you in a language that you can understand, meaning if you’re like me, and you’re always learning about new projects and processes, go back to the head employee every time you visit! I found Tracy James in electrical, and Ed in Plumbing, to be spectacular employees! I will definitely return to both of them!

From Paige on the front end to Ed in plumbing (section D26) to James Parker in kitchen appliances, we felt like the most important customers in the store. We were treated to expert knowledge and eagerness to help us solve our needs, for this trip and that of the near future when we'll be ordering new countertops to be installed and new flooring to be installed -- can't wait to see our newly refreshed kitchen!

I was happy with Laura (as with most staff there) for going above and beyond to help with my returns and purchases at HD

Lisa was extremely rude. I was kept waiting 10 mins to return one item because she couldn't find something for another customer picking up items. There were MANY employees just walking by but none stopped to help and to log in on another register to help a customer waiting. When I complained about this to Lisa, she said "You actually haven't been waiting that long," and "everyone else is helping other customers" despite the store being practically empty. Apologize, don't make BS excuses!!!

I go here regularly for personal and business products. Plus the garden shop is Wonderful.

Lindsay at the pro desk today showed me what she had scanned to verify that everything was there and the quantity was right!

I purchased several rolls of roofing material at a decent price as I re-roofed my garage. The rolls were heavy (70 lbs. each) and the employee "Cody" gladly helped me get them into the back of my Pathfinder. Thank you, Cody!
