Find products easily after checking the App first and then and in the store, always can get help from the friendly and warm hearted employee on site , and the store is clean and well organized , today thanks very much to Cashier Daisy for her great help to get my first home Depot card ， always tthe first choice for my home improvement projects .

The store was clean but the appliance department needed to have their displays in better working order -rubber gaskets were coming out of the appliance from another dishwasher close by or the appliance would not close because the bottom of the display was not properly installed. We could not get immediate assistance because there not enough employees working on the weekend. More people shop on the weekend because they are off work. We looked for an employee, both were busy, then had to page for an employee to come to the appliance section. After 10 or 15 minutes the gentleman showed us the difference between the dishwashers.

Store staff of air friendly in-store is super clean and help me with my selections and getting stuff off the shelf.

If the lady in the plumbing department could speak English and understand English it would be a five. Not smart hiring employees who cannot understand English ! A little peeved.

This is store has more products and options. There will be someone willing and able to help you. The product and services were great

Helpful employees for a do it yourselfer. When I ask questions or need assistance employees are courteous and helpful. I love the Behr paint products for their color selection and coverage! The paint dept rocks! I purchased a color I selected, then found out it was too light in the room. I took it back and additional darkener was looked up and added and I loved the results!

Get more help on the floor. People of age, like me buy many products but need help at locating or simply carrying it to cart. Many times I've asked for help and associates say I don't work in this department. It doesn't mean your store is a bad store,your employees need to want to help. The employees make the difference.

My wife and I came in looking for Umbrellas, we could not find them, Neil went out of his way to locate them and get them down from the overhead. Also John the cashier was happy and friendly.

if you need your item to be in stock, go else where. If you need assistance, be ready to help yourself!

If you need anything in electrical department, you should ask for Grace. She is wonderful and knows her product. And if you need anything in gardens, you should ask for Pam. She knows her stuff and will give you great advices.

Purchased mulch for my lawn. Waited forever to have someone load the mulch and could not get any assistance even though numerous employees were stocking and doing nothing to acknowledge the request for assistance. I had to request a refund after waiting for almost 40 minutes. Several employees were not even capable of loading anything due to their age and those that were ignored any announcements for assistance.

go to the appliance department and ask for Jocelyn she was patient and spent 1 1/2 hrs with me most people in appliance departments don’t have a clue !! again thank you Jocelyn !!!!

The employees at this store are always ready to help me find whatever I need. The gardening center is outstanding. Great place to shop!
