About 15 employees or more walked past me as I struggled to find what I was looking for and not one stopped to ask if I needed help. I most certainly did. Two female employees were too busy chit chatting at the desk to notice that I was walking up and down the same area several times for over 30 minutes. When I finally ask a few employees for assistance, I just get pointed into the wrong directions with an aisle number as a response. No one offered to do anything to help me. No one physically walked me over to what I was looking for, or even care if I found it. Good luck females for having any help in this store. I did not find at all what I was looking for, and the employees were not friendly nor helpful.

The Cashier Nicole was very helpful. SHe found some change for me so I didnt have to run to my truck. Thanks

I always enjoy buying my household needs at Home Depot more than any other hardware or appliance store mainly because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and their prices are competitive.

I went there to purchase ceiling fans and lights. The person assigned in the ceiling fan section named Grace made me wait for 2 hours. The first one was she is not answering the fone assigned to her when the other staff tried to help me. The second one, she was approached by the other staff and argue with her co worker saying she is mot refusing to help me and just doing something else. Come on...i am a customer infront of you...you did not even approached me to tell me that you are busy and will get to me as soon as you are free. Instead, did not even look at me or apologize for wasting my 2 hours. I've been going to home depot with all household needs...maybe I should go somewhere else.

In the contect of many other HD stores in the greater Houston area this one is definitely among the best for personal service, cleanliness and well stocked shelves.

The store is clean. There is room for improvements, such as increase number of staff. Hire someone who can speak multiple languages will also be helpful and make the store unique and better than competitors.

The employees are friendly. The specialists in appliance are knowledgable

Sarah at the Pro Desk is super awesome! She went out her way to help me order in a way that would be more beneficial to my business moving forward. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. I usually go to another Home Depot however this one is closer to me. I am very pleased with this visit. Keep up the great work!

Often there is no one around to help if you have questions. I was happy to find several people available in appliances.

We walked in and we were quickly asked by 3 people if we needed help even though they were busy at the time. They quickly got back to us. There were several washer models to choose from in the store on display.

So sad poor poor customer service over 1hr wait to get assistance asked for manager who never came.....the only good thing the loss prevention officer assisted me getting what I needed ...store needs training on CUSTOMER SERVICE ......thank you CARLOS .C

I like this store because associates are helpfull and I can find wide varities of Items.

There is easy access to/from store which is very clean and organized with friendly/quick-to-help employees.

The customers were friendly, helpful and went beyond their duty to make sure I located my item and also tested it to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. The store is stocked with more items than most stores and also cleaner.
