It was the cleanest and most organized store I have been in and I have been to several. The staff were so friendly and helpful, polite and helpful about providing information about the bathroom and counter tops we are looking at. We were very satisfied about our experience at this store.

I use Home Depot as my favorite " birthday present" a gift card from them has never been a disappointment, everybody I given a gift card to always finds something.

Every time we go there we always encounter employees who come across very genuine in their desire to help us and answer any question we may have.

I came in looking for a new washer and dryer. I waited in the appliance department for help for 30 minutes and in that time saw several associated and asked for help but was told they didn’t know how to help order the things I needed. When a salesman final approached us he told me “I can’t help order you a washer and dryer but I can help you order a fridge” at that point I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were not available today. Eat that point I went up to customer service and requested a manager. Angel and another associate were eager to assist me and called the manager, Warren, Right away. When the manager came up he told me that he’s sorry that I was treated that way but couldn’t do anything at this time. He then walked away and Angel started ti help me build my order. She was great. She made sure I understood everything I was well informed on my purchase. Many of the associates have something to learn from Angel. She was more apologetic about my situation than the manager, plus she had a great sense of humor. Angel is a great example on how customer service should be conducted. Many of the associates have something to learn from her, including the manager. Next time I need help in Home Depot I hope she is working because her customer service was unmatched. The only reason I am giving the store 5 stars is because of the experience Angel created

Mark and the crew at the Home Depot store #3315 have always helped me with all my buying needs. Everyone is always helpful and never make you feel that your questions are dumb. I love going there.

Ever since we have moved here to the Summerland area, I have been frequently using the Home Depot here in Summerland. I noticed that the staff takes pride in what their doing and are always helpful and ready to assist. I've been at other Home Depots that lack this kind of great service. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!

I came to the store to purchase a a mailbox lock. The employees helped immediately in that they help me find what I was looking for and help me with instructions on how to install it.

I didn’t feel as though I was bothering an associate, attentive and walked me to the product I asked for. Time crunch so it was great. If you want to leave feeling great, visit Raynette (cashier at Summerlin,NV), she sends you off feeling like you have a cheerleader (cheering me on to have a great and successful project day)

Every time I go to this store the employees are so helpful and friendly. They are happy to help and I have never felt like an inconvenience. This store usually has what I need as others are usually out of stock.

I have often had projects and not a clue how to do some of them. I can always count on advice from the store associates. Especially the paint department.

If your a Pro in Las Vegas, you need to work with Roland at the Pro Service desk in store at Charleston and Hualapai. Great service and understands our needs. He is a great person and Home Depot is lucky to employ him. For the best customer service, Go to this Home Depot and ask for Roland. You wont be disappointed, I guarantee it.

Had them check a price that was inconsistent with the online pricing. They didn’t know why even though some online price it was actually matching the current price they had. Store manager gone bald, and helped out and found out that a particular stores offering a special price and then he honor the price.
