Shopping for a Christmas tree. Pete D-28 was so helpful to locate the box and carry it up to the counter and then out to my car. I appreciated the great service!

Store has a very good customer service experience! Always a good place to shop when I'm working on a project at home. Prices are superior to the "other big box store" in my opinion...for the same item! Never a hassle to shop here, and they'll return items if you don't have the receipt, just need the credit card. The other store doesn't do that.

I needed help with a painting project, I went to the Painting Dept. Jim was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. he helped me step by step with such dedication and enthusiasm!. The cashier Ms Nahoku, From Hawaii was extremely helpful and patience! great team @ HomeDepot @ Summerlin! Great experience!

Best Customer service EVER!!! Had a wonderful experience with the return of a product that we had installed that turned out to be defective. Can not say enough great things about the orchestration of the return and repair in such a timely manner. The employees were caring and made sure that our needs were immediately addressed. Wonderful experience. Refreshing to deal with a staff of individuals that really cared about satisfying our need! Cant say enough great things about this store and its employees!

All the HD store are very comfortable and furnished for a business man like I am in purchasing items and materials for most of all the project my company is working on.

Not my regular Home Depot because of distance from my home, but the staff (Jake D28) gave me above and beyond service.

It was a great experience. The guy that helped me, Ryan was very determined to do everything he can for me, and spent a half an hour on suggestions and cutting rope for me.

The store is designed to be easily navigated. Floor personnel have great customer attitudes and are very knowledgeable about their specialties. Many are cross-trained in different areas of home repair and products.

No customer service help in power tools. Horrible selection and options of tool brands and parts.

our Summerlin Home /depo is pretty good but sometimes the service is lousy when you come in during the evening hours, understandably employees are gearing to go home. but if you visit the store by day, the staff are generally very friendly. the staff likes to chat with customers. they are helpful. but of course there are times that no one is around to help you. I am a customer service employee too. and we have a standard greeting we use every time we see our customers. And we are scored by how we deliver our greetings, it is a monthly thing that we go thru as part of our training. home depot should have this too but maybe because of turnovers in this industry is heavy, it's a mute point.

This Home Depot has the friendliest employees! They’re always eager to assist its and briefly chat with! Merchandise is always in stock and very neatly displayed with clear pricing. My wife loves coming to Home Depot with me......always interesting new products, home furnishings, ideas!

If you need an appliance do yourself a favor and see Amber Mical. She is knowledgable and really pleasant to work with.

Great location access. Friendly folks, larger enough for a competitive selection of Hardware Items. Been shopping there for about 8 years.
