Find that the staff have always been cheerful and helpful.

The help is so helpful. They go out of there way to please. They make shopping so easy to do there.

The employees are eager to assist customers. They are knowledgable as well. This saves the customer a lot of time and makes the shopping experience extremely good. This HD has a great selection and is always well stocked.

The Valdosta store has awesome customer service and the best of all the stores that I have visited in recent years. They have adapted well to the changing times and the increasing customer expectations.

customer assistance is very poor and slow

My husband and I are redoing a bathroom in our home. I was so frustrated by the time we left the store that I will never go back. At no time did anyone offer assistance. I was helping my husband lift wallboard onto a cart and a salesperson walked right by us and did not offer to help. Extremely upset with their customer service.

Ordered item online line in stock. Picked up the same day. I was in & out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Cashier was very courteous & overall experience was excellent.

Great store. Great people. Cashier Tameka was great! She stepped right in to help me load because the loader was at lunch. She was awesome!

The sales people are extremely helpful. It was pouring down rain. And someone was considerate enough to bring a scooter to assist us in helping my elderly mother to do our shopping.

Sometimes low end is good enough. I bought an extension cord that will spend its entire life in one location and be plugged in to stay. Going to cut the female end off to length and add a ground wire. The house where it will be was built in 1954 and the outlets have no grounds. Just outside will be a ground stake that will also supply the ground for a Ham radio antenna and its lightning arrestor. Radio frequency bypass capacitors in the battery eliminator raise the case to 60 VAC but little current capacity. It is still uncomfortable getting zapped when connecting and disconnecting the antenna, before and after use. This ground is sorely needed for that and proper radiation from the antenna.

Bought a new washer. It took 1.25 hours for someone to bring it to front, then they just dropped it at exit. The young man behind counter had to call someone to come load it...Ridiculous!

Sometimes it's hard to find an associate to help me, but sales people are helpful once located. Bought a top of the line refrigerator & the 40% off was great incentive. Was told they don't keep large items in stock, so had to have it ordered. Wish I didn't have to wait a week to get it delivered though! First time I've bought a refrigerator in about 30 years!

This is my favorite home supply in the area. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The product selection is great and the prices just right.

The store was clean and the specialist was very knowledgeable about the product I needed. This store was well worth the 60 mile drive to it. The inventory was well organized and priced .

Only good things to say. Always someone there to answer questions or give assistance. Several times I've had representatives go out of their way to ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner.

POOR customer service. Employees are there to clock in and get a paycheck. This store is lacking and needs help BAD!

Great store, employees very nice and friendly.

I have had several occasions to visit this store. Each time I go in, the employees have been attentive and friendly and very helpful in assisting me with my needs. I am always made to feel that I, as a customer, am important to the business even when the employee is apparently busy with other tasks.

Store associate walked me several isles away to the spot where the product I wanted to find was…and she didn’t just take off, she offered any additional help...and she did it with a smile…made me feel appreciated.
