One must take the 'patience pills' before attempting to order windows/doors from this store -- forget trying to get anyone from the department on the phone and be prepared to wait FOR HOURS to place an order. And gods help you if you're of the female gender because the chance you'll be treated as a knowledgeable, skilled craftsperson is doubtful.

Joe works in the paint dept. and has the most enthusiasm assisting customers. He's so friendly and goes the extra mile to help one with what they need. He makes Vallejo's Home Depot shine!

Home Depot at 1175 Admiral Callaghan Lane, Vallejo. The customers returning plant services and policies need to improve. The staff handling the return plants are mostly rude and unreasonable. They would stop suddenly and carry a social and joyful conversation with other staff during the process and then turn around to treat customers unprofessional. The policy for returning plants has one year, but Home Depot keeps only the recent three month's data. Home Depot should consider the difficulty for customers to match the plants with the original pots. We had a stack of receipt for mostly plant purchases within the last three months. We also have some that are over three months. But your staff rejected the return if the plants are not put in the original pots. The size of our garden is a quarter of an acre, and our recent returns was less than 3% of our purchases. For decades, we have been one of Home Depot customers. Your staff in Garden are helpful and friendly, albeit several questions at one time. June is a great employee and has been working at Home Depot Garden for a long period of time. She is a very hard worker. Other workers in garden, such as Cassie and others, are extremely helpful and personable.

Management is so rude. Employees didn't know how to answer 4/5 simple questions I asked (shows lack of training). Management lied about being so busy that she could help me so I needed to go through a self service option instead. Told me wait would be at least 45 minutes. Found her getting coffee 2 mins later, clearly she wasn't busy and just didn't want to help.

This store almost always has the items I need and the prices are reasonable, the employees are friendly and helpful.

Vallejo Home depot Store showed 16 units of an item. I bought and paid for two. I arrived at the store for pick-up, and was told that they were sold out. I see the exact units sitting there, (Like mine should have been), but I am told they are already sold. Whre are my units? They are sold. I paid $700 for them. Why cant I have those. I am here to pick-up and that.other buy is not. Why do i have to be denied. I did the same as they did. SO... the customer service rep calls the Napa store. Asks that they PUT MY NAME on paper and tape it to two units and hold them at the Customer Service desk. I PAY another $700 for them while at Vallejo, just to make sure, and to make the pickup easier. This customer service girl at Vallejo is great. She does all she can. She cannot get a a refund for the first two I purchased . She has to call the IT dept, but says she will get it done as best she can while i drive to Napa. I get to Napa and they tell me they just sold out!!!!!! I actually passed someone wheeling out the exact two that should have been held for me! So now I have paid for 4 units, ($1400) and can't have any!!! Still No refund has showed up and it has been two days. Home Depot and their policies stink.

This Vallejo store time & time again has "stepped up" to be the BEST Home Depot(& we shop all of them from Vallejo up to Sacramento!!) Thank you for having excellent managers & employee's at this store!!!

Love the garden department at this store . They are friendly and helpful usually, and great when you need help finding something. I will be shopping here again , for sure.

Never had a problem with this store.

Cheerfully cut six 12 X 2 lumber. Many carts and customer services (unlike Lowes). They even replaced a electric cord stolen off my cart while I went to get my vehicle to load the lumber.

I had an argument with one of the associates when I asked for assistance.

The store is pretty organize and clean. One point off for their pricing. Some of their products can be a bit more expensive than Lowe's. Other than that employees are pretty helpful.

This is a great store; the people are friendly and helpful and you will get your questions answered by professionals (rather than leaving your fate to youtube). This is my favorite store and I hate shopping, but they just know how to make it easy i guess. They are always welcoming even when I run in 30 minutes before closing.

Chairs needed in Windows and Doors while waiting to schedule contractor appointment. Lowe's is right around the corner....
