Terrible customer service and employees were just standing around talking while we needed help.

This location always stands out for customer service. One of the Managers (Amy A.) stepped up when I need help and no one thought it could be done. She did a great job Thanks, It worked!

The atmosphere and customer service is over all better, compared to other improvement stores. It seems like the employees are trained with the right knowledge to help customers with their questions and concerns. This specific Home Depot store always has smiling and attentive employees, which make shopping there enjoyable. I always enjoy running into Gabrielle, one of the cashiers. Her ability to provide such outstanding customer service to each and every customer is impeccable. Great customer service is hard to find, so having such a fast, easy, and convenient shopping experience is something you do not forget. This is something I know I will always get when Gabrielle is on duty. You can notice her positive demeanor, sets a positive vibe for her fellow employees. Employees like her keep customers like me, going out of the way to shop at this Home Depot store.

Cashier was friendly and helpful to me

I found the staff friendly throughout the store. The person, Grant, that helped us when we were looking for a washing machine was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us to meet OUR needs. We did purchase a washing machine which I thought was a good value. The delivery crew was also Great. They called us the day before and told us the time window they would be coming. They also called us about 20 minutes before they arrived. They were also friendly and fast. It is refreshing to have an experience where people actually do what they promised to do. I also appreciate the military discount Home Depot gives veterans.

I really like the 6:00 am store open time. That’s the best part of my experience. No greeting from store staff and no offer of help by the staff that passed by me twice. I need to return something’s, hopefully there won’t be a problem.

Products were easy to find , but supply was limited . I wanted to match my vanity fixture to my tub and shower fixtures , but was not able to . I was able to get an assistant and the store was clean ,most of the associates were friendly.

We use the garden area every year for our fresh Frazier Fur Christmas Tree. The selection is great for a 8-9 foot tree. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

ASSOCIATES WERE READY TO HELP AND KNEW WHERE ITEM WERE LOCATED IN THE STORE. STORES ARE VERY LARGE SO IT IS NICE TO ASK FOR HELP WITHOUT HAVING TO ROAM OVER THE ENTIRE STORE.

The staff is less than friendly at this location and generally seems more involved in having their own side conversations rather than assisting customers. On my last visit I bought 2 sheets of drywall and even though I asked for help loading I did not receive it as a handful of employees stood around talking.
