Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just told John in hardware what i was trying to do and he escorted me around the store so that I could purchase exactly what I needed to complete my project. Thank you so much John you really made things alot eaiser for me.

This home depot has the best and most helpful employees. I am a female homeowner with little "repair experience" They always make sure I have the right stuff and on more than one occasion have gone above and beyond showing me how to or giving tips that make the issue way easier.

I loved seeing all the plumbing and hardware supplies were fully stocked and organized. Drawers of small items in hardware were awesome! You could tell their folks take the time and maintain that area.

Yes, in my survey I was able already giving my opinion about my experience at the Hub. I like the restroom as well, there are big clean and enough space for most women to fit in. I like coming to Home Depot. I learn a lot about how too, just asking questions and I know how to at times, just looking how things are set up in certain area. Thanks!

this store has excellent employees. Was in during Christmas Season. A lot of places you go to this time of year, the employees could care less about helping you. The are over worked or stressed out due to the volume of people. Did not feel that was at Home Depot. Everyone we encountered to help us was very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

The service is always # one, the place is always clean, everyone is so helpful, I love this place.. :)

I generally like this store. However, twice in a week, I have come across returned product that was incomplete and/or damaged. One item was a Ryobi tire inflator which was the last one on the shelf. It had been taped shut and had the UPC code cut from the box. They couldn't even scan it. I did not buy that box. Today, I tried to buy a Ring Doorbell Pro. I got home excited to install and configure it only to find the box was already opened and the install kit missing. Happens, I worked retail years ago. I returned to the store for and exhange and the associate instead processed a refund. Then found another box, but it to had been opened and obviously returned (product scratched). I was told they didn't have any more (earlier I was told their system showed 4 in stock) and asked if I wanted to buy that one! Uh, no. She then told me to buy online and ship to store. So, now I can't use the 12-months same as cash because I had bought some other items to reach the $299 threshold. No offer to call another store or order it for me. Last time I bought online to store it took over a week for the store receive it.

Home Depot stores are my 'go-to' place for home improvement materials and this store is as good as all the ones I've been to. There are numerous employees around if you have a question and they are knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to your question, they'll find someone who does.

Good store, mostly helpfull people. I like the way the store is set up. Better prices and more actual hardware (raw nuts gaskets and seals) things than competitors

The Home Depot on Columbus' west side is one of the few bright spots in an area that has seen better days. Its proximity to the outer belt is a bonus for anyone needing home improvement supplies. As a native "hill topper" I am glad to see the commitment made to this area of our city. The employees were helpful and the service experience was quick and easy.

Todays shopping trip was a sad one . My grandma past today stopped in Home depot to get some cleaning supply's store employee NONA was grate made my day better she greated me with a big smile .and put one on my reseat.
