Flooring Specialist LuAnn M. was extremely helpful, and very experienced in walking us through the process of obtaining new carpeting for our home. I highly recommend her, and this Home Depot for any flooring needs.

took over 15 minutes to find help. once obtained, took another 20+ minutes to get product from overhead. checkout loading assistance never came (happened to get someone leaving work) not all customers wearing masks checkout person criticized me because when my wife texted that we did not need another credit card, asked why I was "below her" and that "did not happen in his country"... awesome

Courteous employees who are knowledgeable of many products and departments and if they can't answer your question, they will lead you to someone who can.Home Depot is like shopping at home!

I made a mistake before coming into the store and had the wrong item selected from the online store. . . the sales associate was able to find me an SAE version of the ratchet set for only a $1 more. Huge thanks, -Ryan

Based on my recent experiences with customer service, I would not recommend. Today's visit, I was treated very rudely by employee NOAH.

We had a great experience working with Ms. Fifi at Home Depot for our Kitchen renovation. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. They don't have an agenda to sell certain products, so there is no pressure - they just want to help you get your project completed. I highly recommend this store and the people that work there.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Erik Lein and Erik Gilbertson who went completely above and beyond to help me. This was honestly the best Home Depot customer service I have ever received. The Home Depot is a little bit out of the way for me but I will definitely be making the trip out there for all my home improvement needs thanks to these two!

Tafadzwa was extremely helpful and was able to answer my questions about my carpeting installation. With a large purchase, it is reassuring to work with such a knowledgeable person. Looked at some kitchen appliances for our next project. Good selection.

Great Selection of plants this year

Paint associate was very helpful, but I can't say the same about the person who hurried me to a self-serve cash register. I left without an expensive item I paid for because of this confusion. And why are 99% of your employees not wearing masks or taking other precautions? Totally irresponsible.

This was my first time in the store since COVID precautions, it was not a great experience. It took forever to find a lumber cart and once I found one it was near impossible to get through the lumber aisles due to all the orders waiting for pick up. This is usually a well run, clean, friendly location, I am hopeful that this one experience is not the "new normal". I am hopeful that was they will figure out a better system soon.

Excellent customer service- my customer service cashier actually pulled my online order for me because it wasn't filled yet and I had rented a Zipcar to pick it up. He ran around the store grabbing everything including several bags of potting soil. Thank you!!! My associate at the check out register was funny and polite, too!

The manager was in on his day off, relieved a cashier to do it himself, and sped up the checkout process made long by the COVID-19 era! They control the number of shoppers in the store for safety and all of the employees were friendly in good spirits despite how crazy busy it was!

We all have been to stores during this pandemic. Home depot is by far the worst and I am including grocery stores which are crazy, home depot is by far the worst. I tried doing curbside pick up twice. Was a fail both times. I had to go in to find help when no one responded to my call , as they request you do when you get there. Waited on the phone for 25 minutes. The help was rude. The excuse was well we have _____ amount of orders in the system right now. SO what I can tell you target gets that and more on a daily basis has the orders filled in 4 hours. IF you are going to offer some thing , do it right. It should not take 10 minutes to find someone to help, and then have them be rude. I went to Menard's, was able to find someone to help me, and was in and out. They were just as busy but were much better prepared.

This Home Depot location is always a favorite to shop at. Very friendly staff, very clean, and everything is organized just the way it should be. East to find exactly what you are looking for. Excellent store!!

I cannot believe that during this COVID-19 stuff that you do not require your staff to wear masks and further... may I suggest that customers ought to be wearing a mask too in order to enter the business!!!

The garden area staff were available and extremely knowledgeable about the variety of plants and ensured I understood how to care for the plants I purchased. Very friendly and patient. Highly recommend.
