Great customer service. I drove an hour an 30 mins to pick up the toolbox combo i wanted and they had it. The lady that helped me find it and get a guy on a fork lift to bring it out to the truck was great! The guy on the fork lift was also great. He was willing to do anything to load the toolbox combo into the bed of my truck. Great Store! Great Experience!

An employee ask me what I was looking for and then showed me the product I was looking for and stopped back a short period later to make sure I had found everything I was looking for. The cashier was very nice. I don't prefer to use self check out. I think it takes the customer service piece out of the equation. With it customer service I can buy what I want anywhere. I respect the option but I prefer to deal with a person as opposed to a computer. My opinion. If a store would continue to make me use a self check out I would probably shop somewhere else. I hope life doesn't come to that.

Sale cashier Steven was amazing , polite and also maintained the social distance requirements that made my husband and I feel safe and comfortable.

This is the best store in town! Everyone is super kind and helpful all the time!

It's not always easy making large purchases, however the first teammate ( Blondish Lady) was very helpful about some confusion with shelf labeling same product had 3 different SKU #s, she got Mike who was very helpful from loading a cart with my flooring, took it to the service desk, where sale was rung up, new Home Depot card was approved 2 hours earlier was declined. Chloe worked to not only get issue resolved but went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Thank you. Sometimes these things go the wrong direction, this could have been a last visit to Home Depot at any location. But again Chloe made all the difference in the world. Please make sure your teammates a recognized for their diligence and great customer service.

I have only been in this store a few times, it seems very nice maybe not quite as clean as the Eldersburg store or as big. However, I would shop there again. Employees were very friendly and helpful too.

Needed help to unlock wire so I could do my job and the man in the electrical department wasn’t in yet and when a manager was called they told him I would have to wait until he came in!!!! Not good business!!!!

Well stocked, clean, face masks enforced, sanitizer available, no need to worry about safety during these times! Excellent customer service if you need anything look for Rich! He is so intelligent, knowledgeable on everything and anything you need to know or are looking for. He went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed, a delight to talk to and offered great advice and safety tips when I asked for all my projects! I will definitely be back!

Scott the manager should be fired for the exact reasons mentioned on the store review provided in the receipt. Scott was ready to fight a customer over being told one of his customers was not wearing a mask, and that items are consistently put in spots where they do not belong. Scott needs to be fired, or a lot of customers will not feel comfortable shopping at this Home Depot.

Love your stores in Westminster and have shopped there since you've opened.

We placed an order on line and when we got to the store we called to let them know we were there. The employee who answered the phone told us exactly where to go and when we got to the loading dock there were 2 gentleman waiting for us and they helped my husband load 170 pcs. of retaining wall block. The 2 gentleman were extremely friendly and helpful.

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an urgent plumbing issue and they walked us thru getting it corrected. It was a great experience!

Very good section at low prices

I love home depot in general but ours is always clean and everyone is super friendly. Kyle helped me in the paint department and talked me into going with chalk paint which he mixed up while we chatted.

Associates in lumber dept. need major customer service training. I came to this store because my local Home Depot did not carry a specific item and I needed it quickly. Waited over an hour for someone to come back with my items. Finally cancelled order and left!

I met with Nanette, the kitchen designer and she was very helpful. She had several suggestions and ideas that I had not thought of to improve my kitchen update. It was a pleasure working with her.
