Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by wyomidcentury Fantastic style, good quality, good price
The door arrived within two weeks, and it was in perfect condition. Color is even, well-applied, and spot on for what we expected based on the online images. Totally worth getting it pre-painted. After 3 months it has held up without any incident, even withstanding light paw scratches from our pup. It's on the high side for our budget, but ultimately is the best deal for this well-designed, mid century-style door; it looks great on our 1957 MCM home. We had our contractor install it, as we created a door opening in an exterior wall, so I don't know about ease of installation. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by maclaugh Well built, and added benefit for short dogs
From factory it measures exactly, if the opening on the house had been square it would have been over and in in minutes. Attractive door that closes solidly, our choice of hardware required an additional hole to be drilled and that was not a problem. The matt finish is perfect.Hinges are strong, seal is well engineered. glad we made the purchase. Added benefit is the Frenchie and Corgi now have a window to see who is approaching, see photo.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LCBrown This door really brightened up the front of our mid-century home. I was worried about the paint from other reviews, but it looks great to me! We hired a handyman/wood guy to install - I don't think my husband or I could have done it ourselves, it involved a lot of alteration of our door trim and wall, partly because the door was two inches taller than our previous one.

The color is a little darker than I anticipated, but over all, I love it! It's the perfect addition to the front of the house and sets a tone for what is inside.

This is a good door with a solid and sturdy frame. It was relatively easy to install. The door is tight within the frame, which is great for security and a good seal, so an accurate installation is critical. It was delivered on a pallet in a very secure upright position, which reduced potential for shipping damage. The packaging was well-designed and protected the door very well. Nonetheless, there was some minor paint loss on the window frames on one side. Fortunately the door comes with a bottle of touch up paint. For our application I had to remove the brickmould, which, while well-secured, came off easily without damage to the door or frame.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MrEdith A well-designed contemporary door
We were looking for a new front door for our mid-century ranch house and found this one on Home Depot's website.
I was a little nervous about not seeing it in person before ordering, especially if the color would be true. The color is exactly as it appeared on my computer screen so I'm happy about that and the quality of the door seems very good.
We are pleased with the door and had it professionally installed so I honestly should not have answered the "ease of installation" rating but there was not an option to leave it blank.

We love our new door we just had trouble with the delivery company Saia. They messed up the first one but thankfully Home Depot refunded it and ordered us a new one. The door looks great on our house and provides more light. I would recommend the door.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DLB The Door was good but the paint was scuffed up and I haven't been able to match the red Paint.
The Door had some areas that the paint was scuffed up during shipping and I don't know the color to buy and touch up. I would prefer to paint the door after install. That was not an option for this Door. Is there anyway to get the exact color of paint to do the touch up myself. The Contractor desk at the store told me it was Sherwin Williams Red Engine but that is not a Sherwin Williams Color. Please advise
