I bought these blinds for our rental house and they warped, the ends bend upward and look funny. I checked the warranty and they do not have one for warping, also home depot would not return them after 90 days. I called the manufacturer and they will not compensate, they were $78 per blind. This is poor customer service. I would be careful if you buy them.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Chickenfish Cheap Appearance
I purchased the product because the pictures made it look like a quality product that effectively shuttered the window and looked good when mounted inside the frame. What I got were two assemblies that look very little like the sales photo. The valences are warped and do not obscure light admitted by the gap between bottom of the headrail and the top slat. The bottom of the headrail is exposed because the valence does not extend far enough below the headrail. This gives the assembly a particularly cheap appearance, not visible in the HD picture and the gap allows reflected light from the bottom of the headrail to be visible at the top of the window. The "valence return clips" are plastic dressings that did not match up well colorwise to the woody valence. My take-away from the experience: I can't depend on Home Depot's advertising to accurately reflect what the product looks like in order to make a purchasing decision.

These are excellent, low cost, window coverings. We used them in our guest house at the ranch and they look great. They were ease to install and went up quickly. Would recommend them to all.

Product seems to be well-made. All parts needed for installation are included in the box. The installation manual is helpful but cannot beat the clarity of instructions found in the web, particularly YouTube. The only tricky part is the installation of the crown molding, but once the installer figures out the trick, it becomes straightforward.

We recently installed these blinds in our home.I have no problem with the quality of these blinds nor was the installation a problem. The problem is the odor coming off the blinds. They smell like something stored in a damp basement. After my husband hung the blinds I came home to this odor,I would never have let him hang the blinds if I had been there because he said he could smell the odor as soon as he opened the box.We decided to leave them up for three days to see if the odor would dissipate. They still smell and will be going back to the store.Gave a two because of ease of installation and value

I really like the blinds. They look good and function fairly well. I don't care for the way the notched slats slide around if you raise and lower them. The cord keeper on them is plastic and broke after a week. Other than those 2 issues they work fine.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Garry Good Product, Easy to Install
This is a basic window blind that is easy to install and looks nice. I've placed the same blinds in several rooms of the house, starting 4 years ago in the guest bedroom to see how they install and look. They are easy to install, look nice, and those installed in that guest BR 4 years ago look the same as the day they were installed. The blinds themselves are very thin but seem durable enough--but you might think about a thicker product for a south facing window that receives full sun--not sure (that guest BR mentioned above is in a south facing window but it's shaded and as I said is holding up just fine). I have now done a total of 7 windows with these blinds and I'm pleased with all of them.

Bought the wood blinds because they didn't have faux wood in golden oak. I've had a ton of the faux wood golden oak blinds in the past and they were great. The wood blinds are warped from the get go and do not shut completely. Incidentally, the blinds are not "attached" to the cords so they wouldn't have holes in them to achieve privacy and provide a darker room. But, since they warp, all that becomes moot. So, I'll take 'em back and get the somewhat darker faux wood blinds I can't think of any reason to get these real wood blinds.
