Answer:
Trimming your new screen door.
If you have ever trimmed a wood screen door then you will have no trouble
doing the same to your new Screen Tight™ Screen Door. Traditional tools, such
as a circular saw, will do the job. Simply determine the desired amount to trim
(make sure not to trim more than 3/8” from any side and no
more than 1” from the bottom). CAUTION, if you cut more than
the specified amounts

36 in. x 80 in. Prairie View Solid Vinyl White Screen Door is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flawed products This is the second screen door that I have received - the first one was broken. This second one has cracks in it and it sags.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Door will start to sag in time While initially I was happy with this door for our breezeway, after about 4 years it started to sag. I thought the hinges were just loose, but it was the door itself that had sagged badly. Not sure if all vinyl doors do this in time or a design flaw. Also the screens are not replaceable like some of the other doors. These are ok if you only are looking for something short term. Will be looking for another door to replace this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality product Too bad...I really wanted to like this door. The description reads well, and the pics on the website look great; actually, the door looks pretty good when you unpack it too. It's when you install it that the quality issues become evident. After attaching spring hinges to one rail of the door and hanging it, the opposite rail sagged a good 1/4 of an inch (i.e. the top and bottom cross pieces aren't well joined to the rails; the door can't hold itself up). Even more disappointing is pushing the opposite rail to open the door; the puny tension in the three spring hinges causes the door to 'flex' before the hinged rail even moves (i.e. again the lousy joinery in the cross pieces causes them to flex in the hinged rail) Some angle brackets to hold the rails and cross pieces square solved the problem, but you shouldn't have to do that. Not recommended...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good initially, but then starts sagging This door looks good initially, but then starts sagging unless it is supported at both vertical edges (not just the hinge side). It is not rigid enough to remain square when supported only by its hinges. It needs some sort of internal or external metal framework to prevent sagging of the heavy vinyl material, but was not engineered with this in mind. So if you only need a good looking door for a year or so, buying this door makes sense. But if you are looking for something which will look good and function well for several years, find a better built door.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Door is flimsey and poorly constructed. This door was delivered wit a broken grill and the door sags due to poor workmanship. The finish is nice but the value and qualty is poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the door The door was easy to install. The only thing that would have been nice is to have everything included with the door. I bought the extra kit that was needed to install the door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New screen door. Love this door. Was simple to install and the best part is it made my wife very happy. We have future plans that will include the purchase of another door just like it. Thanks.
