Totally awesome. Love yhe blinds inside glass. Love it opens from both sides.

If you are buying this product because of the blinds...FORGET IT. They don't close tight enough to keep out the sun much AT ALL. I've purchased sliding doors with blinds before, this is just a poor design.
The directions were bad, if you could find them. It was par of the wrapping. The quality seams fair although we haven't had any really cold weather to test it. I paid about the same for the last patio door with blinds and found it to be a much better product so far.
If I don't move a painting on the wall it will be sun faded by the end of the winter. (with the blinds CLOSED).

We've installed it three times because of water leakage; the first two were done ourselves. The install was fine however we had water seeping in. We removed the door, the surrounding house siding and added blueskin, re-installed, sealed etc. Leaking continues. Contacted Stanley, sent pictures requested by them. Added sealant to bottom corners, as suggested by Stanley door representative. The leaking continued. We hired professional builders because we grew tired of looking at the incomplete project. Because of the ongoing leaking, which leaked into the ceiling in the floor below, we had to remove the surrounding downstairs ceiling and wall sheet rock to clean the leaking water. We also had not put the flooring or trim back around the slider. The builders started from scratch and guaranteed their work! With two recent rain storms the door continues to leak. We know now it is the door. The builder returned to inspect and also feels it is the door sill. We contacted Stanley again. They asked that we add more sealant to the bottom corners. It rained last night, the door leaked, seeping into the ceiling and trim of the downstairs door and into the flooring of the basement. We just wish Stanley would offer us with at least a replacement door and pay for that installation. We've followed their suggestions, sent photos, tested it with a hose (and it is leaking from the door sill). In the meantime, while we wait, we have to tarp the door each rainfall in order to protect against further leaking. We would like a Stanley door rep to come look at the door. This has been ongoing since July 2013. Home Depot has offered no assistance (they said we would get better service to go directly to Stanley)
The door looks nice, but because of the need to install it twice and then pay professional builders to do it so to ensure no leaking and proper installation, and because it is still leaking, we are extremely unsatisfied with the performance of the door, the resulting water damage and Stanley's poor service. We will contact Stanley tomorrow to seek their assistance an update this review with their response.

Absolutely love this door. Love the blinds and the fact that the door opens from either side. It is also energy efficient, which I didn't see with any other slider with blinds.

We are very happy with our new doors. I was worried about the unit arriving damaged, but it was very well packaged ( not a scratch on it ).
