We also offer hands-on learning and expert advice at our DIY workshops, with topics tailored to everyone in your family, including workshops for kids, which provide a spirited environment mixing creativity and fun.

Within artificial Christmas trees, what color options do you have?

We stock natural shades of green for fake Christmas trees that look real. We also carry everything from pink Christmas trees to blue ones. If you'd like to buy another unconventional tree color, check out our gold Christmas trees, silver trees, or even rainbow Christmas trees.

Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Home Depot gift cards are an excellent choice for the holidays, birthdays, and housewarming parties. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. They can be purchased at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Use our gift cards to shop online or redeem them in-store, all with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Asheville offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
