Went to the store to do a return, get potting soil and find a curtain rod. I remembered I also needed a window fan. Additionally, we found the exact simple plant we had been looking for to put in a new outdoor urn. There was a great selection of plants - annuals and perennials for improving my flower beds. We also purchased a window fan for our small home and are really happy with it!

Never try to use my phone or login online as the phone service inside the big box is nonexistent and or slow and there’s no announced Wi-Fi available that I know of or announced or published to be able to use within the confines of the building

Lorita has to be one of the best staff you have at that store. In the 20+ years I have been here she has always been so helpful. Professional and experienced at what she does. When I go in and need help I go find her. Just as I did in my last trip to the store. How she is not got a promotion is besides me. As a business owner I would highly recommend it .

Dwayne was great. I walked in and asked him where the light bulbs were. I needed two different ones, both oddly shaped. He not only walked me there through the store, he spent a long time looking for and finding both new bulbs I needed. What a great guy. Thanks, Dwayne! Thanks, Home Depot!

Gina in windows and doors was very helpful and is currently still helping with prices. John in Millwork is also very nice and helping

I recently made a purchase not knowing I already had the same exact tool as I recently relocated to Asheville after going through a divorce. The lady at the service desk was so nice assisting me with my return. She actually shared with me she had been in that situation before and understood. The compassion and convenience of the transaction made me feel as if I was dealing with an old friend. That's just one positive experience I'm mentioning here. I frequent the Fairview and Acton locations trying to replace Milwaukee tools I once had. Every trip the lady and staff great an talk to me as if we've known one another for years. I cannot put into words the joy my Home Depot trips bring to me due to the warm welcoming from the staff.

Keith met me at the Pro Desk and greeted me and asked if he could help me. I was looking for a 18-volt tire inflator to supplement my 12-volt inflator. Keith found my tool on his electronic device and told me that my inflator was free if I would buy the two pack of batteries and charger which I agreed to do. This saved me a lot of money. I left and came back to buy some power supplies for my heated vest. I found Keith again and told him what I was looking for, and he helped me again. I was going to purchase them in the future but because of the excellent customer service I received from Keith, I decided to purchase these from the Asheville Store. I live about two hours away but take care of vehicle in town. I will try to shop at this Home Depot again if I can, because of the service that Keith had shown me.

I went to Home Depot just to try to find some product ideas. I also needed to see a swatch of stains, which i was quite impressed to see that HD sells a small can just to use on the actual surface

There are some employees that will not do nothing to help

Emily was excellent in assisting me with a purchase of a washer/dryer. She is professional, extremely knowledgable, very helpful and great to work with. She’s also very nice. Emily made our experience easy and enjoyable!

Really appreciate the Home Depot Staff here, and their friendly environment that they create, especially during the holiday months, we need a lot of help shopping. Cheers!

I typically don’t shop Home Depot and now I remember why!

I bought some plants a while ago and finally came back to get other plants I wanted. Also great selection of seeds and soil.

I am trying to help a person that lost his cabin during hurricane Helene. I live out of state so it is very difficult since I do not live close. The gentleman went in and ordered supplies, had them on a cart and when delivered there was too much of one material and one material was not delivered at all. The receipt shows the what was delivered but not what the gentleman wished to purchase. Upon calling the store, it would be nice if the person would be more personable at the end of the conversation. The situation in North Carolina is so heartbreaking that anything and everything we can do to help our fellow Americans is needed! Have a blessed day!

I am working with a team of volunteers helping families affected by the hurricane flooding. I went to this store to get insulation for a house. Tyler, an associate there, greeted me, asked if I needed help. He and another associate hauled out the insulation and loaded it on my truck. Great job Tyler and ?. Then Gina at the Pro desk was amazing. She proceeded my order and made sure I received the proper discounts.

The virtual rep, Ms. Beth, was very patient and had a wealth of expertise that helped us make the right choices in our garage door replacement effort. Thank you, Beth.

A note of thanks to the Manager at the store for going above and beyond the call of duty to rectify proper delivery of my order. It involved him having to physically haul the shipment from the far-off open curb where it it was left, to the actual unit. That took a lot of strength and great leadership! Thank you so much, DL!

I am extremely happy with my Husky workbench with wheels. The personnel answered all my questions and made my purchase very easy. The delivery person the next morning was extremely friendly and helpful. It was raining outside, and he suggested that he quickly put it in the garage. The workbench was already assembled.I am very happy with my local Home Depot store in Asheville.

Have not received my ice box yet it is coming on Wednesday.

Most all of the staff are welcoming and considerate. Having a hospitality leadership career I know how the experience is most beneficial to the brand. However you are only as good as the worst employee. Thank you

We have made many purchases at Asheville Fairview Home depot over the last year and a half, including major appliances, power tools, hand tools, yard equipment and building materials and paint supplies. In every situation the management and employees have been helpful, good at finding creative solutions to our problems and interested in helping us to stay within our budget.

Friendly and helpful staff at this location. We shop here often for this reason.

Typically employees do not seem to want to help load lumber etc. even when customer is old and struggling.

I was shopping when a manager confronted me and accused me of solicitation. She was completely out of line and clearly worked up about something else. Then she followed me around as if I were trying to steal something. Home Depot loves ICE.
