Bad service/Good service
Vanicka needs to work on her attitude and customer service. After already being frustrated having to search for something that was supposed to be stocked on the shelf for some time, only to find it stowed away in a box at the very top and having to get someone, we then had to deal with her nasty attitude and bad demeanor. She wasn’t present when we went to check-out. The gentleman infront of us was checking out himself, so we assumed it was self check-out. She came over and told us to stop, that she’d do it. For whatever reason after that she had a nasty attitude and ignored everything I asked. I asked about using card or cash, no response. Even when I asked for a second receipt for our business(Texaco). She just stood there looking at the monitor and didn’t say anything. She could’ve been the difference between a good experience and a bad one.

Old product sold as new.
I purchased what I thought was a new lighted exit signed and it turned out to be a used one in the box that someone must have returned.

Excellent selection.
I bought a nunnery of items: Roudup Weald killer, leather gloves, Ortho insecticide, Kidd fire extinguishers and Kingsford charcoal.
The camera on my does not work, therefore I could not add photos.

Customer Service
I went in looking for a storage shelf and met Mr Chris by the deep freezer section . He made my visit at this location simply wonderful . He was knowledgeable, kind and welcoming . The store was nice and clean . Was able to get in and out in a timely manner ,

Terrible parking situation
Great staff at the location. Parking is always a hassle. Parking lot is alway dirty.
Self check out only has 4 terminals. Yet way too many empty human cashier terminals not being utilized. Long lines most of the time. I sometimes prefer to go to Lowe’s, after I inter the store and see long lines at the check out.
