Not too many people helping to find products

From the painting department to the beautiful and sweet cashier (Maria), she and all of you were so sweet to me and I didn't expect it, but I really appreciate good service and know how hard it is to be of service, thank you again for all that you do. :)

The employees at this Home Depot are always willing to help from start to finish.

I purchased couple of appliances early this month and I was nervous about the purchase but thanks to the staff in appliances and their patience I learned more of what I was getting and my purchase was a smooth process. Thanks everyone.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, I always leave satisfied. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I love how they always have what I need.

I purchased 2ea of the Critter Ridder Repellent, to keep neighbors cat from using my yard as a litter box, very small front yard.Spread the repellent around 5 pm the neighbors cat was in the yard at 7 pm pooping. Wasted $33.94

I have been to several stores trying to have a key made that worked! It happened at this Home Depot with the first try and I am very pleased with the outcome!

March 3, 2022 ( Thursday ) : I visited the 6810 Gulf Freeway location, Store # 6509. When I entered this store I was greeted by two ( 2 ) employees that were very " Professional and Congenial ". I asked Arthur, Manager to assist me with finding a particular item and he directed Chris to further assist me. Both of these two employees were " EXCEPTIONAL " and just " FABULOUS " !!! Chris was super HAPPY and just was soo much FUN !!! ARTHUR was and is a National Treasure !!

Harassed in the parking lot to the salesclerk being rude and unfriendly. There are other options nearby. High prices for low quality.

I continue to shop at the Gulfgate Home Depot location for the reasons below: Product availability. Good prices. Excellent Customer Service from the Associates.

Great store, great services and friendly staff.

Found great looking and affordable terrain cotta. The manager on duty, Arthur was very helpful as well as another young man who helped me retrieve pots from the top shelf. Very helpful and courteous.

Pretty happy with my purchase

Went in looking for a splitting maul but couldn't find them. Ran into an employee and asked her where they were. To my surprise, she knew what they were and where I could find them. I say to my surprise because they're better known as an axe and I usually get a strange look when I ask for one.

Excellent service & great help

I love going into Homedepot, employees are very helpful when asked a question about anything, and if they can't help, they will walk with you to find someone that can.

I can't speak for all the employees, but the ones that I did interact with treated me great. I never felt rushed. Just an overall great shopping experience.

Awesome customer service

A store associate, Kevin of Plumbing, went above and beyond. He caused my visit to your store to be very memorable and a very wonderful shopping experience.

This location had what I needed. It was the only store in all of Houston that did. The gentleman in the wheelchair was extremely nice, polite and helpful. Though he didn’t offer assistance, he looked like he was busy and in his way to do something, he politely excused himself as he went past and I grabbed his attention for assistance getting the tool from the locked cage( pathetic that pricks steal) he was extremely nice. I even told him that I could wait because he looked busy. He said “No, it’s my pleasure” and took care of me. Most other Home Depot’s, the staff often avoids customers and ignore the ones they know are waiting to be helped. Looking back, I wished ida gotten his name to drop hints to management about his work ethic. Dude needs a raise. So if your at this location and see him, he will be more than happy to help you.

Neat, clean, respectful of COVID protocols. We purchased a new washer and are awaiting free delivery & installation.

Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 7:56 pm, I purchased five bags of mulch and a plant at Home Depot on 6810 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX, 77087. After checking out, I asked a cashier to call someone to help load my car. The cashier called at least three times. Finally, at 8:19 pm, 23 MINUTES LATER, a man came to the front and loaded my car. Furious, I asked a cashier to call the Manager-On-Duty at 8:25 pm. No one ever arrived. I left at 8:36 pm, 40 minutes after my initial check out. Horrible! My mother was a victim of the Houston 2021 February Freeze, and has a massive insurance claim. Her contractor has a Home Depot account and our family was planning on spending well into the five figures on custom kitchen cabinetry, building supplies, appliances, etc. I am inclined to request that the contractor open an account elsewhere just to receive acceptable customer service! I also called 800-HOME-DEPOT and there is no way to speak to a human. Hopefully this will get someone's attention!
