I am normally in Home Depot a few times a month. It's a convenient location for me and I am always in the middle of some home project or another. Everytime I enter the store I have an exceptional experience with the employees as far as costumer service is concerned. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. Thank you for providing such great training to your staff which reflects on how they treat the customers. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but you are on the ball where this is concerned. It matters. Thank you!

OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER AGAIN & AGAIN
AS A LOCAL CUSTOMER AND NEW HOME OWNER, NATUALLY I WENT TO MY LOCAL (HILL RD) HOME DEPOT. TO SAY IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. SO FAR I HAVE ORDERED, KITCHEN CABINETS, CARPET, APPLIANCES, A/C UNIT, FURNACE, WATER HEATER, AND LUMBER FOR A NEW DECK. OVER 40 GRAND IN ONE YEAR. YET, THERE HASN'T BEEN ONE ITEM THAT WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY, ITEM DELIVERED ON TIME, NOR HAS THERE BEEN ANY DECENT COMMUNICATION. THEY HAVE FAILED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN ON EVERY SINGLE ITEM. DELAYS, DAMAGED ITEMS, NO CALL NO SHOWS, POORLY INSTALLED WORK, BROKEN DOWN DELIVERY TRUCKS. ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER AND EXCUSE AFTER ESCUSE. THEY ALL POINT THE FINGER AT THE SUBLETTING COMPANIES THAT THEY USE AND THEN TELL ME "THERE ISN'T ANYHTING THEY CAN DO, IT'S A CORPERATE HOME DEPOT POLICY."
