Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Spring Deals sale?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that DIY list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, setting up new appliances indoors, and organizing your home with the perfect storage. Be sure to upgrade your outdoor power equipment and patio furniture as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature changes by replacing or repairing faulty components of your hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to ice storms. Also, check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water freezes inside the crevices, you could be in for a headache.

Do you carry small moving boxes?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's this month's project for the free Kids Workshop?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a sliding lid is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. This fun kids' project is happening on May 2nd, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
