Cannot find anyone to help, and when you finally do they 1) do not know anything about their department or tell you something that is absolutely false on what you are asking 2) management at this store is awful

This is a great store. Incredibly clean quick checkout options. I actually like the shopping experience better at Home Depot than I do Lowe’s. I would shop there more often if they updated their policy for veterans. I get a 10% discount, 365 days a year, just for walking through the door at their competitors. Fix your policy to match Lowe’s and I will be a frequent shopper again.

I am in Homedepot at least 7 times a week as I remodel homes. Everyone is professional and even more get to know their customers by name. They rock.

This store has everything in stock, is always clean, and has the best employees around. Just a great experience shopping here!

The employees at this store are great. I am working on updating my home and deck, and they have been a great help in helping me find the lumber, tools and parts that I need! I have gone here many times, and most times I needed help. I found it by Home Depot employees eager to help!

Well stocked, clean and the employees are always helpful

The Alamogordo Home Depot made this purchase beyond easy for my contractor. Offered excellent customer service when it came down to picking the material and showing him options for stuff needed(special order). Josh and Leo went above and beyond to get my contractor situated with the raw material in store and set us up with a reward program. Give these to men a raise they really made this experience easy.

Though part of a corporation , this store (#3516) has the friendliness of a small town/main street merchant with staff that is incredibly knowledgeable , with plenty of staff members thru-out the store if you have a question... Stand-outs are those who work/assist in the plumbing dept. .. I have saved hundreds by doing my own repairs thanks to the assistance & advice offered by these qualified individuals !

Very clean. All had on masks. Free masks offered if someone needs one. I bought a Tuff Shed. The delivery was on time. Assembly was about 4 hrs. Awesome experience.
