I shop frequently at this Home Depot as the employees are by far the nicest I have met. I recently purchased paint and painting equipment and was impressed by the knowledge of one of the women who helped me (I wish I had kept her name). I would have gotten a paint that I wouldn't have been happy with had she not explained the differences in the brands. Yesterday, I was disappointed as I needed inserts for my 'horse trough'-sized plantars and there weren't any. I had been in the lumber dept just before looking for the inserts and found at least five people to help me. When I was in the garden section, I looked and looked but there was no one to be found. Disappointing.

Went to Home Depot to browse and compare prices, made a purchase anyway! Had a pricing issue that MS Venise patiently helped me with, she showed grace and professionalism dealing with me and my questions.

The store has very pleasant and helpful personnel, MS Venice is very professional and thoughtful, a complete joy to experience.

The store was bright and clean with an impressive inventory. Associates were knowledgeable, warm and friendly and most of all helpful throughout the store.

Enjoyed shopping, but associate was unfamiliar with stock and was pretty insistent that she show me items in which I was not interested. I hate being rude, but I had neither the time or the interest in following her around the garden center looking at things I was not going to purchase, particularly since the stock was quite low.

Recently, I ordered cabinets from Home Depot and when the cabinets arrived at my house, I didn't have the kitchen design layout on hand. While the installation men were waiting at my house, I quickly made a trip to my local Home Depot. What would have only taken 3 clicks on the computer was slowed down by a cranky and rude customer. When I went to the designer who had done my layouts previously, he had a customer who absolutely refused upon my humble request to reprint the layouts. I was lost for words and surprised when she continued to scream at me. I, then, left the designer and approached the customer service counter to see if she could help me. Mallika was the kind associate who walked with me to a different designer, Ken, who gladly obliged and reprinted the layout for me in a matter of seconds. Thank you Mallika and Ken for your kind help! What could have been a terrible day was quickly resolved thanks to your helpfulness.

I am disappointed that Home Depot no longer carries a wide variety of planters for indoor plants. They used to have a large selection of smaller plastic pots. Now it seems that they only carry very large, somewhat heavy outdoor pots. In addition, what they have in stock runs low.

The store is very un-organized and the store associates act like they do not want to deal with you and its pretty sad you go to the store and expect what you need is not in stock , when the web site says its their .

I am pleased with the associates and cashiers they are very helpful and kind. Keep on good jobs.

Israel in the plumbing section offered great help. I do not know about bathroom sinks and he took the time to explain and helped us pick out a nice one. Great job!

when I arrived at the checkout counter I realized I had left my wallet on my table at home. I asked the cashier to hold my items please, and I would be back within the hour. when I did return she had stored them for me right by her cashier's booth. many people had tried to return the items to the shelf, but she explained what had happened. I wish to thank her, her name being Abinet.

Better HD than the other HD around the area. I always recommend this location over others.

My husband and I were shopping for a new faucet. Elise went out of her way to not only show us what was there but to walk us through the other choices available on the web. We purchased one of the ones in the store feeling very satisfied that we made the right choice because of Elise's help. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I purchased a washer and dryer. The Appliance Specialist was knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I had done an online purchase because my store was out of stock of the item I was notified it was ready and picked it up the next day. I had made a large tile purchase the week before and was very pleased with the help I got from one of the sales persons They knew their products and made a few suggestions and I ended up with one of their suggestions I was very pleased with my purchases I love Home Depot and could spend days in there looking at everything

I'm starting to slowly renovate my house by doing small projects and I currently don't have the skillset or confidence to use saws and other advanced tools. I'm happy that I can go to Home Depot to have pieces of wood cut for me or ask questions about the best way to do things and I'm treated with respect and not made to seem unsuited for the task at hand. This is definitely my Home Depot location of choice and I can't wait to take some classes so I can buy those tools I desperately want to use!

I bought new kitchen cabinetry at this Home Depot and was very satisfied with their associate's expertise in laying out my plan and helping me design what will become a gorgeous kitchen.

Store has lots to offer. Usually find things I am not even looking for at the time. I could spend hours looking around. It offers one stop shopping for lots of various household needs.

I went in the late evening after traffic died down and found it to be much less stress. Traffic and parking wasn't an issue and the store was still lively and associates helpful and available.

My neighborhood Home Depot at Aspen Hill was recently renovated and enlarged. Having the larger store was a great change. I am however, after shopping there for more that 9 years, still getting used to the new store layout. I do find it odd though that cleaning products have a prominent and very large area right at the front of the store. I would think that very area would be used for seasonal products instead of window cleaner, furniture polish, de-greasers, and the like. I thought that the lighting products in the front of the store was a much better idea.
