a good friendly feeling when you walk though store

My husband and I went in to purchase a stove. the customer service we received was top notch!! we will definitely be purchasing our next appliance there as well!

Great place very helpful staff

My wife and I went shopping for a refrigerator. We were looking at the various models when Jessica came over to offer her assistance. She was a delight to work with and very knowledgeable about the various models on the floor. She pointed out features that we did not existed which was very helpful in making our decision. We ended up buying an LG model. The store is very neat, clean, and the employees are always helpful as I walk through the various aisles. I would appliances from them again.

Just got through working with the designer from Home Depot for our new kitchen. Our designer, Joe, is knowledgeable and professional, and a great listener which is important when we'd already had a couple of negative experiences where a different designer from another vendor didn't listen to what we wanted and needed and we felt very unsure about moving forward. Joe was very thorough in answering our questions and concerns. We are very happy with our experience.

The store was clean, well stocked with with easy to find items. The Associates are always friendly and very helpful.

My Residence is located between Sheboygan Wi and the Green Bay Wi Store. Both Stores are an easy commute for me and I know I will find what I'm looking for as compared to the limited selections at the 2 other large corporate hardware stores.

Shopping at Home Depot is great. The staff in every department is eager to help and know where products are in other departments other than theirs. I buy mostly from the paint department and I love Julie, Tom and Jim. Also the Behr paint rep. Its always a friendly, helpful experience.

Friendly helpful employees

Jessica in the appliance department was SUPER helpful in answering questions about washer/dryer sets. We were considering a front load to make laundry easier for me with my disability and that is what we bought. I am so thankful we had someone like her to help us! She was very understanding of my limitations and very respectful. Wonderful sales associate!!

The associates in the flooring dept. were very knowledgeable and ready to sell us a great quality Bali vertical blind deal. The store was clean, well stocked with wonderful staff throughout! Can always count on Home Depot to meet all expectations. Great Job!!!

Teach your employees how to provide proper professional customer service. As an Assistant Manager who works in retail this is by far the worst I’ve been treated. I don’t normally fill out these surveys but this time I really took the time to do so because I’m very angry of how I was treated. I have a Home Depot card & do all my shopping here for my home projects, but I guess since I’m not the stereotypical rich white suburban person, you just don’t get treated with respect.

Employee assistance is always available from friendly employees. Store is very organized and clean. The employees we have dealt with know their products well.

Had to return a Ryobi reciprocating saw I got as a gift 2 days ago. It didn't work. There was a white tag on the end of the box that had 473 written on it. My guess is that it was already not working and put back on the shelf to get rid of it. Had to bring a battery from home, open new saw and check that it worked. It did. Was questioned by an employee if I needed help, told him making sure this one worked. Wondering if I am going to be compensated for my time?

Store manager Angie went way out of her way to locate my merchandise. I appreciate everything she did, which was way over and above her job!!
