Got help right away with locating product and cashier was extremely pleasant and engaging with upbeat attitude.

I'm always happy when I come to the Bellevue, Tn Home Depot! The staff are so helpful, knowledgable, and friendly! It's the happiest place on Earth...next to Disney World! :)

Have not tried the product yet but the store was nice and the employees were helpful!

Parking can be a bit bad at times but overall the store is very clean and associates very helpful. Been shopping here for years and will continue to.

Phila is Millworks was very helpful and went out of her way to do an outstanding job. If she didn't have an answer she found someone to ask. She was personable and friendly and really helped me in finding what I needed. Can't say enough about how empressed i was. Thanks

NEVER BEEN TO A HOME DEPOT THAT HAD THIS MANY HELPFUL ASSOCIATES. EVERYTHING FROM PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND CHECK OUT WAS GREAT. JUST MOVED TO A DIFFERENT AREA OF TOWN AND SO GLAD THIS IS THE NEAREST STORE TO OUR NEW HOME.

Helpful associates, clean and well organized store

Always someone around to answer questions. We really like the Bellview store. Wish there was on closer to Dickson though.

I have shopped at this Home Depot for nearly the entire time it has been open, lacking about 2 weeks. I have almost all ways had good experience shopping at this store. Over the years I have met many of the associates and have found them to be knowledgeable about the products sold and the location of where to fine the products. If I have had question on how to install or repair a product there is someone there that can help on what to buy and what to do with the product. If I need to return a product and have the receipt or the card I purchased it on it is a easy process. I would tell anyone from any where in Nashville to use My Home Depot.

Unable to collect the number of bolts needed for a project - a bulk pack. Store associate Mike gave me the bulk price for the bolts available in the loose bin. He promised to call when more arrived so I could complete my project, and promised the bolts would again be at bulk price. True to his word, he called when the bolts came in and offered the bulk price for enough bolts to complete the quantity of a bulk pack. Friendly, understanding, helpful, kept his word. Thanks Mike!

Today I was looking for a cleaning product called Bar Keepers Helper - it's the only cleaner we can use on our bathtub. An associate saw me looking and asked me if I needed help - (I didn't have to ask anyone or track down an associate and she even got it off the top shelf for me!!) At the check-out, the Cashier, Maxine, was friendly, helpful and sweet. I LOVE our Bellevue Home Depot!!

Excellent color layout for fall display, (i.e. isolated area for kid crafts, pumpkins, shrubs and fall annuals). Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable.

I am a frequent shopper at this Home Depot. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. Most important the have the products I am in need of and equally important at affordable prices.

The store was fine, the cashiers were great, but one woman ruined what had been a pleasant shopping experience. I found a box of cushions marked $9.10 & added 1 to my cart. When I checked out, it rang at $16-something. The cashier got on the phone, had to come back to the cart, got some numbers, returned to the phone & finally came back saying we would have to wait for a price. Whoever was on the other end of the phone dropped the ball & never came, so people had to keep leaving our lane to go get in the other cashier's lane. Finally the cashier said we had waited long enough, marked the cushion $9.10 & I checked out, but I paused to talk to another woman for a few minutes. That's when PriceChecker finally showed up -- maybe 10-12 minuted after we called. She started interrogating the cashier, came over to my cart, checked the numbers on the cushion, went back to chewing out the cashier & I left. I came back 2 minutes later to get some mulch -- in time to hear PriceChecker telling the cashier I was LYING! I said, "I wasn't lying & I'll show you the box." PriceChecker had not checked the cushions yet, because there was the box, just as I described it. She pulled another cushion out & said, "THIS is the one for $9.10." I said, "Fine, I'll take that one. It looks just the same." The cashier was there & she said, "It IS the same cushion." PriceChecker was very slow to respond to our call for pricing help, and when she finally made an appearance, she was unpleasant to both the cashier and the customer (me), unprofessional, and didn't check the marked pricing before calling me a liar in front of two cashiers! So when I went out to pick up my mulch, there was PriceChecker, waiting to check my receipt although there was someone else there to wait on me! She couldn't make it out to check a price for us, but she scuttled down post haste to the mulch section to make sure I didn't rob you blind of mulch in my small car! She made me feel like a criminal over a $9 cushion and a $2 bag of mulch. Why Home Depot allows one power-crazed associate to lord it over other cashiers and customers like she does I will never understand other than she puckers up for management, but she is single-handedly giving your store a black eye, no matter how nice everyone else is. I did not insist the cashier give me the cushion for $9.10 and I didn't berate her for how long it took for someone to do the price check. The cashier was simply trying to provide good customer service and clear her line. How hard would it have been for PriceChecker to check the display before she told the cashier I was LYING? If she wasn't going to check the price, how hard would it have been for her to have said, "Maybe the customer made a mistake" or "Maybe our signage is wrong" or "Thank you, Cashier for providing good customer service and taking care of it." But instead of doing HER job and providing the price check, PriceChecker acted like the cashier and I both did something wrong and was so grossly unprofessional as to say I was LYING. Thank goodness there is a Lowe's just down the road.

Needing materials to build shelf and able to find.

The associate at the front door was very helpful in pointing me to the product I was looking for. And I returned some items that I didn't need and the associate who handled that transaction did a fine job.

Without Mike's help with our lock issue we would have spend a whole lot more by getting a locksmith. Mike got what we needed and set up the double dead-bolt with our keys. easy and within 10 minutes. We are very happy with mike and the end product. Tom

Store was very clean Associates were very helpful and nice

I had to paint my whole house & needed a lot if help & advice. All of the painting department helped me a lot. Tiffany was SUPER nice to me. She explained about the types of paint, helped me lighten a color, & always made time for me when I came with a question. She really knows her craft, she's very helpful, and always has a smile on her face!
