Don’t buy a Ryobi push mower
This SOB sounds like a rusty hamster wheel and no one wants to help and I just bought it. Thank god I saved the receipt loading it up and taking it back

Seems a bit cluttered and dim lit
You walk in and walk around the store it feels a bit cluttered and dim lit. That is every Home Depot I visited from TN to FL. How about straightening it up and adding lights because I was at the end of isles and a bit dark! On the plus side, The Moen shower head with cable was in stock today and I got it and it’s working great!

Customer Service BEYOND great.
I went to this particular HD to purchase a Cub Cadet riding mower. From the get go, I was treated with super friendliness. My customer rep Jennan got me registered (it's free) for a Pro Xtra account linked to my HD Credit card. Perks and such. I'll take them. She set up the loan, which is an interest free loan for 24 months!! Brandon, who completed the paperwork did so expeditiously. This Home Depot is a terrific example of how to do things RIGHT.

Saved a lot of money
A cashier helped me sign up for the Home Depot credit card. I ended up saving almost $50 and basically getting a large amount of motor oil, a tote, and a lemonade for almost free.

My day at home Depot
I went to home depot a few times in Franklin and had a bad experience so I quit going 10 years . recently I was in the area and needed something so I stopped in I was pleasantly surprised how nice I was treated by my Cashier so I Dot home depot must have stepped up They're game . So i started going to other home depot such as the one in pulaski and in Spring hill and I regretted it. I was treated horribly. The 1 in Spring hill when I asked 1 of the employees to help me load some heavy roofing material he rolled his eyes at me and threw the roofing material on my flat cart he made me want to just walk out. I sent over $700 and wish I would had gone to the one in Franklin instead. The next time I did go to the one in frankland and again could not get any of the employees to help me with anything but when I got up to the cashier once again I gotta smile thank you for coming and help filling out a credit card to get a discount I really like her . Wish you had more people that was as happy and :) as she was.
