I was very happy with the knowledge and helpfulness of the associate in the storm door area. The women's restroom was extremely clean. I was able to find other items in the store and garden area with the help of personnel.

I hate shopping for appliances, after a while it gets so confusing but the associate was helpful and gave advice we never thought of. Happy with our purchase.

Why does Home Depot periodically have the 10% off with the Home Depot credit card rather than having the discount at all times?I believe the discount is being offered now but none of the store associates brought that to my attention. Only after my son mentioned that the discount promotion was running again now did I realize I paid a 10% premium for using my bank credit card.

Trevor went above and beyond to help me find the screws that I needed. He wasn't sure of the exact size I needed so he found the department head to help me. Very nice young man.

The store had everything we needed at a great price! Wish there was one in Dickson Tennessee. Lowes is there and does not come close to Home Depot!

I've shopped in the garden department several times this summer and have appreciated prompt assistance locating and loading my purchases. The cashiers are friendly and efficient.

The Electrical associate helped me find what I needed, gave me instruction on how to re-wire a lamp and directed me toward other purchases I needed in the Store

Every associate I asked for help was very knowledgable and helpful and took time to help me and all were cheerful.

Love this place. The employees are always willing to help and they are knowledgeable. We built our home three years ago and they have been with us through every project.

Returned several items today, and the associate was helpful as usual. I do like the emailed receipts, as it makes returning items simpler and quicker. And I like the no hassle aspect of it as well. Thanks again!

I FORGOT MY ORDER AFTER PAYING- THE MGR WAITED FOR ME TO COME GET THEM AFTER STORE WAS CLOSED! I PURCHASED SOME LAWN CHAIRS; ASSOCIATES CHEERFULLY OFFERED TO LOAD THEM INTO MY CAR- CASHIER SHOWED ME EASILY HOW TO GO ABOUT IT- EVEN THE LUMBER DEPARTMENT HELPED ME WITH AN UNUSUAL REQUEST FOR MY BOOKSHELVES- EVERYONE I SPOKE TO THERE WAS TOP-NOTCH!

Was very pleased with my shopping experience there. I was greeted with a smile upon entering the store. When I went to the Garden section I was met with a smile and asked if I needed help finding anything.

Home Depot usually has what I a looking for, the associates are very helpful, and I definitely will be back. I'd love to have an easier interaction with the HD Professional Services dept to discuss home repair options.

The staff in the HWY 70 store are KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. They give you great service and advice to help you get the job done right.

We had a major water leak and damaged our wood flooring that was purchased in 2011. Ginger searched through our records on our Home Depot credit card and found the exact date and receipt with all the info on it. She then placed the order and is having it shipped to the store for us to pick up in a few days!! Amazing help and love this store!

Found what I needed quickly and did the self check out without delay.

The store is okay, about the same as most others, but the music blasts so loudly you can't hear yourself think, and is so distracting it is hard to make a purchase. We usually just grab what we can get to fast, and get the heck out. I've asked repeatedly to have the volume lowered but not one single person in the entire store can do it.

Selecting and purchasing french doors opening into my courtyard was slightly more complicated than I imagined. But with the help of great sales associates Phila and Steve, it became a much more satisfying experience. This really is a substantial investment both in terms of cost and durability. I left the store feeling great about the choices we made and know that Home Depot stands behind its products. Thanks guys!
