Went into Home Depot today to pick up a few things and in every department I went into an associate asked me if they could help me. I was very impressed and was in and out of the store in a flash with their help.

I had a very good visit to Home Depot. Ariel the sales clerk was very helpful in buying washer and dryer. I had a order too pick. I with Ariel again we ordered the Stackable Kit for the Washer & Dryer. Very helpful. Nice store. Thank You Doris Richard

I was very distressed at the length of time it took me to purchase two quarts of paint. being disabled, there were no electric carts available, and no associate would help me locate one.

I needed to purchase a hot water heater. Ren, a store associate in the plumbing dept. was immediately available to assist me in selecting the correct size for my needs and to choose the proper items to complete my installation. The cashier was immediately available to complete my transaction and offered to assist me in loading the hot water heater in my vehicle. This was CUSTOMER SERVICE to the MAX. Something that most retailers don't offer and you can't put a price on. Great customer service is important to me and these store accociates delivered it to the ultimate level. Thank you so much!

The store associates were very helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait long at all. The employee was knowledgeable and helpful with the product I was inquiring about. They even helped me load the product into my car. The store was clean and organized.

Came in to purchase two Surge Protectors. Asked Associate for the electrical area, he gave me good directions. Surge protectors could not be found. Asked another associate, she brought me two isles away to where they were located.

We were extremely happy with the assistance we received. We were looking for window blinds which had to be cut. The Associate was most helpful and knowledgeable. We found the other products we required with ease and left Home Depot smiling. Good visit.

I NEEDED HELP LIFTING SEVERAL HEAVY BUCKETS. I WAS CONSTANTLY REDIRECTED TO OTHER PERSONS, TOLD TO WAIT WHILE ASSOCIATED WERE CALLED A FEW TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER DEPARTMENT (A WOMAN) FINALLY HELPED LIFT INTO MY CART. THE SEALER I WANTED WAS MIXED WITH ANOTHER COATING. THE ASSISTANT LOADED 3 CONTAINERS THAT WERE WRONG. I HAD TO RETURN AND REPURCHASE WHICH WAS ANOTHER WAIT. LOADING THE CAR WAS ANOTHER PROBLEM.....NO ONE OUTSIDE TO HELP. WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED FOR HELP TO ARRIVE. A PERSON SHOULD BE DESIGNATED TO LOAD AND AVAILABLE NOT CALLED FROM ANOTHER DEPARTMENT.

The last experience at this home Depot was quite pleasant and I was able to find everything I needed without. My household are frequent visitors at this local Home Depot and usually we are able to find everything we need. We have done several home improvements and all items have been purchased for the Home Depot.

I have been going to Home Depot for a lot of years and have been returning because of the quality of the products, the reasonable pricing, and knowledge of the associates.

We have used Home depot to renovate our kitchen and hurricane impact windows and just last year a new air conditioning system. We were pleased with the professional employees.

Great store all items I required were easily located. Easy in and out from finding the items and check out was great. Cashier was outstanding.

I'm an older lady and didn't know where to start. Thank goodness for an associate! He took me to each aisle, showed me the choices available, and even figured out which nuts & bolts I needed! He was patient, courteous, and I felt like I was shopping with a friend. Without his guidance & knowledge, I'd probably still be there looking for stuff! This store is definitely special!

Just awful! Was forced to do self check out when the cashier said she didn't want to use the change in her draw to give me change back with the $50 I maxed tom pay for. Worst customer service ever!

There are several reasons why I enjoy shopping at Home Depot: (1) associates are knowledgeable about their departments and will speak with other associates for another opinion; (2) the aisles are kept clear so that I can access product on the shelves; (3) associates keep up with product neatness and availability on shelves; (4) the customer service counter is usually accessible (not too busy); (5) I can speak with other shoppers about questions and ideas I have to get another opinion; (6) I can rent equipment that I might only use one time; (7) I can handle products to ensure a good fit (e.g. wearing gloves or the fit of a hand-held device for working); (8) I can more easily compare designs and colors for my home improvement by seeing them in the store; (9) I can order a product with confidence that I will receive what I ordered in perfect condition and in a reasonable time; and (10) I can return items that I have sized incorrectly or otherwise not used in my home project (as long as I do not break the measure).
