Dishonesty and bad customer service
I was at the self check out and scan the first item a beef jerky and it came up 9.27 and the price on the shelves states 7.97. I told the employee that monitors the area and she flat-out said the price is correct because everything went up. I proceed to show her the shelf price, she did not bother to look and said it is located in the wrong place and took them away. I then asked for a manager, she said I am the manager. I asked for a manager that is a higher rank because that's dishonest the store. That is when she decided to give me the item for the correct price.

Massive Paint Mistake Made By Paint Guy Fixed By Arik!
The young guy mixing paints today mixed up the wrong paint/sheens and shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Hundreds of dollars later, Arik (might be Anik - not 100% sure) apologized and literally took over to correct it all! What an amazingly dedicated woman/employee… your lucky to have her!

Superstar, sales person
I went into the Boynton Beach Home Depot to get everything. I need it for a full project of bathroom remodel from bath to shower. I am a woman and I am not a handy person. I was given a list of things I have to pick up, but I am voice still, unsure as there are so many things to choose from. I asked one sales person very disappointed in his response and he looked distracted with other things so back I go again, trying to figure things out on my own. I’ve run into another sales person nice person, but still not giving me the answers I need or even trying to help me to get my supplies . My third person and I am extremely grateful for running into him. His name is Bruce E. All I can say is wow wow wow. He made sure I got everything I need to explain the difference between the different types made sure everything I carried out to my car. Cashier was outstanding as well. Very very satisfied with overall experience.
