This store has some great people offering wonderful service to the shopper. I have been shopping here many times since February and each time I have been impressed with the workers and the products.

Very nice employees, didn't seem to mind helping me find the item I wanted.

We have two Home Depot stores near us and find this one neater, cleaner and seemingly more helpful for a home handyman. and being near is a real advantage.

I have shopped at this store for several years and most always have found the store to be clean and welcoming.

We've had excellent customer service from the service desk, flooring, kitchen design and appliance specialist.

We love the Burleson Home depot. Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Great neighborhood store.

Our Burleson Home Depot is possibly the best store in town. The employees are most helpful; they always seem to genuinely care that you get the items you need. I know next to nothing about hardware, tile, grout, and such. The employees work with me to find what I want. Not only are they helpful, but they are also very personable. Each employee I've met is friendly and they seem to truly enjoy working at Home Depot.

Excellent employee assistance in finding anything anywhere in the store! Always clean, well laid-out and up-to-date in all areas. Highly recommend this Burleson store!

This Home Depot always goes above and beyond for its customers..

I have always preferred this store to the competitors. It is very convenient for me and I know where everything I need is. That being said I do have 2 complaints. 1 - The quantities of certain items are very inaccurate. If you can’t find it, the employees will spend a great deal of time looking for it and come back empty 2 - I discovered if something is on sale on the app and website but not in the store, you will not get the app price. Apparently Home Depot will match competitor prices but will not match their own website.

I have a great time in this store. Friendly associates. I just have to explain the thingies I need and they get me there.

Multiple employees entered contact information wrong causing me to not get appliances. Had to cancel holiday plans!

I normally do not enjoy this type of shopping, but the Burleson store is always a pleasure to shop in. It is clean and the employees are consistently patient and helpful. The most recent visit, Cheryl helped me with a heavy Christmas tree and even carried it to my car for me.
