I bought 30 bags of Figaro brown mulch and put down 9 of the bags in my new raised bed garden area along with two more bags from a previous purchase—same brand and color. After an overnight rain, the mulch from this purchase had completely changed colors. I loaded up the remaining bags and took my Photos to customer service who promptly reimbursed me for my entire purchase! Prior to this purchase, I had bought 100 bags of Vigaro brown mulch, all of which was consistent in color and quality. I have no idea why this purchase was different, but the customer service at Home Depot keeps me coming back. This is why Home Depot is my favorite place for DIY and home-improvement projects.

Saw a good price on Emerald Arbor's near the front entrance of this store. Went to gardening and ask the clerk what do I do to pay for the Emerald Arbors and pick them up. He replied, "what, never heard of them?" He didn't know they were in the store or pm sale. He referred me to customer service. Same story, "what?" Once I educated them I asked if I can pay for them and pick them up later in the even the next day. Oh no they said in union we can do that? I said no worry I'll come back later. I returned 2 hours later to CS and said I want to purchase 4 Emerald Arbors out front on sale. The kids says, "what?" He looks at his computer, asks me a million questions about them such as are threes, bushes or plants? I then asked him if I should go get the sign for him. He replied, "yes" rather than I'll go get the pricing... There's huge gap in training somewhere in this location. No one knew the product name or where they were at. Sale items and they have no clue about them. Avoid this store.

I cannot say enough about the friendliness and knowledgeable staff at the Canton Home Depot. Wondering the aisles in a sea of familiar but still unknown objects, a staff member will come up and say “Hi there, if I can help you find anything or answer any questions you may have, please let me know”. If you say no, the option is always there to find someone later. But if you say yes, you can get the beginner, intermediate or expert answer for whatever questions you may have. And the staff does this in a non-condescending way that is like talking to an old friend. I cannot say enough about everyone at my Canton HD!

I love how they help you and try to find more help if they don’t know the object you are looking for.

Although this is a very busy Home Depot store, associates are efficient, friendly and helpful. If one asks an associate for help finding something, they will often take you right to it. I recently purchased a sheet of plywood to reinforce a closet floor. Brent in Lumber, who made the cuts for me, was very pleasant and efficient. I'd expected it might be a bit of a hassle, but thanks to Brent, it was a smooth and streamlined process.

I went in today needing to buy several items. I found someone to help me locate them and then needed further assistance in cutting chain. Everyone was very helpful, including the cashier.

I was greeted with smiles and everywhere throughout the store when I came across an employee, they were always so polite and eager to see if I needed an assistance. The greeter Mrs.Debbie was the absolute sweetest!!

If you need paint, go to the Canton/Riverstone Home Depot. Jeff in the paint department was the most helpful and knowledgeable employee I have ever come across. He was nice, attentive, fast, best customer service ever! He is the number one paint guy out.

I was overjoyed to receive good customer service at this store. I was worried that it no longer existed. So glad to see caring customer satisfaction is still available and not forgotten.

The Roswell store was a wonderful place to shop , and the employees were so helpful and friendly in helping me locate the stones that I purchased for my yard. The stones are just the right color for my yard.

Bait and hook organization. Charged $804.62 to put 2 capacitors on my HVAC system that cost $ 40.00 total.

I purchased a whole house water softening system and am incredibly pleased with the whole experience in doing so. I called for an appointment to have someone come to my home to show me what systems were available. The appointment was made. The representative showed up on time. I was shown all the different systems available to choose from. I asked lots of questions. The representative was well-informed and answered all my concerns. I was offered a zero-interest financing option. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I purchased a system and had it professionally installed by Home Depot. I highly recommend the quality and expertise of the Home Depot team.

The employees in the paint department are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in to this store just to purchase a couple of items, but because of the ease of shopping, helpful employees on aisles 3 and 45, I purchased about 20 items. Lastly, I can't say enough about your cashier Gracie. She made my day and I will be back to this store.

Francisco helped us today and we were very happy with his customer service and how knowledgeable he was in the racks and shelves aisle. Keep it up your hoke depot makes me jealous that my employees would be more customer oriented.

I always love coming to Home Depot not only because they have almost everything I'm looking for or need but also because the associates are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. It takes the stress away instantly and I look forward to my visits every time.
