The staff were all friendly and helpful. The made our shopping experience very pleasant. Although the appliance we were looking for was temporarily out of stock, they were able to deliver to our house within 3 days. The delivery people were great also. They were very professional, efficient, friendly and clean. Looking forward to our next shopping experience.

If you need a major appliance, look for Kwanna Ellis. She knows her products! and is so personable. She made buying a washing machine, which we were dreading, a pleasant event.

Every visit to the Home Depot has been great. My problem is, is that I always walk out with more than that's on my list..love the customer service and friendly atmosphere. I'm 71 years old and shopping at HD is something I enjoy.

Marilyn in the kitchen department is very knowledgeable in many aspects of her job at Home Depot. I would highly recommend her and this Home Depot to anyone.

Very friendly home depot found what I needed at a fair price

Not like the other Home Depot stores. It is a very slow pace in there and not too many employees feel concerned about efficiency in the store. Placing an order and getting it is a challenge.

Prices Marked are not always correct.

The employee at the "Customer Service Counter" was unfocused, unprofessional, condescending, rude, unhelpful and made me feel as though I was really putting her out by being there. She gave me no information on the truck renting process until after each step of signing an agreement and trying to pay had failed and she made me feel as though it was my fault. The store goes in very noticeable cycles of attentive employees throughout the store for a week or so followed by 4 to 6 weeks of associates ignoring me and cashiers talking to each other until I have to ask to be rung-up. More manager supervision is the obvious answer. I would also put Cashier Camilla at the 820 Bloomington Road, Champaign Illinois store in the back, away from customers, where she can cause not further damage to Home Depot's reputation.

5 stars because the girl that helped me was so helpful and friendly. I hope she gets rewarded for her customer service. I didn't get her name but she had brown hair and a Cubs hat and helped me with my mailbox/sign project today.

great customer service- i only wish i remembered the gentleman's name. From start to finish he provided great information and answered all my questions before i purchased a Honda mower and a weed eater.

The employees at this store are all very helpful. Terry and Marino in the lumber department were amazing help. Prices are fair and they have a large selection of products.

I needed to pick up all the insulation for my garage addition today. As I searched online for the best deal at any of the three local big box supply stores I was totally confused by all the options. From my previous experience I knew that home depot would be the answer. I stopped by the pro desk and was assisted by Denise. She was very helpful and helped me navigate all the options. Denise had some of the other employees load my purchase on two carts and away I went. Great service, wonderful employees!

Earl has been very helpful in the flooring dept, and Alex has been very helpful in the paint Dept. I ran into a problem with our online order some of the flooring we bought was damaged, called back discounted all my items and reordered them, very professionally. Thanks
