Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's on sale for the Spring Deals event in 2026?

The Home Depot Spring Deals sale is here to help you save even more. Save big on lawn and garden, including mulch, as well as outdoor power equipment. That way, you'll be ready to enjoy the greenery and beauty this season. Find low prices on tools and storage to kick off your spring cleaning and home repair projects early, before the heat of the summer hits. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with brand-new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 23rd through May 10th, so don't miss it.

What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is equipped for springtime weather changes by repairing faulty parts of your home. If water freezes in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that might let water seep in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project at the Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Head to our Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople and builders! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a sliding lid is a great way to sharpen creativity, listening abilities, and fine motor skills. This fun kids' project is happening on 5/2/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
