Great store with associates that know the products

The Home Depot store assistants were understanding and made it so easy to pick out the shelving I needed to help get my garage organized. After making purchase I went home put shelving up and did it help organize my garage and make everything look neat and organized.

This store is convenient and easy to get into and out of. The staff is helpful and the store is well organized.

Had a great online pickup transaction! everything was processed fast.

I hope the main registers were opened, The store was cleaned and presentable

I asked associate I need 4 different paint for different things, and I saw associate immediately got all the paint I need and was placed in counter and getting ready. Great customer service. Thank you all.

most everything in my house has been remodeled with products and services from Home Depot. I am very happy with the products, finding an associate to help is a bit of challenge at this particular store. But when they become available they are very nice and helpful. Just wished it will be more of them especially in the tile and flooring area.

All associates I encountered were very friendly. Many asked if I needed assistance. The only issue I ran into was having a limited number of knowledgeable associates in one of the departments. But all associates were able to work with me and had a solution for me.

I was asked if I needed help by a female employee. Which I didn't need because I knew what I was looking for.

The store pickup process was so very easy!!! When I went in to pick up my items there was no wait and everything was up front ready to go. Carlton was the employee that assisted me and he was great. So very helpful. I definitely recommend online ordering and in store pickup. Store very clean and employees everywhere to help with anything that you need.

Went on the day after Black Friday. It wasn't too bad, but there was no sort of organization where the lines were. People were cutting in line left and right. This should be worked on for next year!

The pro desk didn't have the updated information on model #204256694 or model # 204767184 and when he called the 800 number they didn't have the info either only had green and just store screws I went online and find them myself somebody is not doing there job at the 800 number because the pro desk rep called 2 times and no one could give updated info

I was able to get excellent help from a store associate in find a filter. I think that 21.17 is way too much to pay for a 3 month air filter.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 9 PRODUCTS ONLINE.. ONLY TWO ITEMS OF NINE WERE AVAILABLE FOR STORE PICK AND AFTER AN HOUR, NO PICK UP CONFORMATION WAS EVER RECEIVED. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE STORE, THE ASSOCIATE WAS PERFORMING SOME SORT OF EXCHANGE. HE TOOK 15-20 MINUTES TO RESOLVE THAT CUSTOMERS ISSUES. AT TIMES HE APPEARED OVERWHELMED WITH PAPER RECEIPTS. HE HANDLED HER VERY EFFECTIVELY, ANSWERING ALL HER QUESTIONS. WHILE STANDING THERE, AT LEAST SEVEN ASSOCIATES PASSED BY AND NO ONE ASKED TO HELP ME. I ASSUMED BY PRIOR DEALINGS THAT NONE OF THE OTHER ASSOCIATES KNEW ENOUGH TO HELP ME WITH THIS TRANSACTION. ONCE CLEARED, HE HELPED MY VERY EFFICIENTLY COMPLETE MY IN STORE TRANSACTION.

Brought a new home and need lots of work. Only a few good employees that could help me find what I needed. That part was okay. When we had a problem with a product that we purchased that just kept breaking, we were blamed for it not working. Repair person walked us to the manager that explained what he thought we were doing wrong and told us "let this be a lesson" like we were his kids. Came to find out the product was defective.

Nathaniel was very polite and helpful. He processed my store pick up and return in a timely manner.

The rep are always helpful and the store is always clean.
