Cashier in Pro Section was very helpful

I went to buy a picnic table for my son. They were very helpful. They found it for me and they also got someone to get it down for me.

I visit this home depot several times a week and have always had good experiences and interactions with employees. The store is well stocked, clean and bright, but the best aspect is the friendliness and professionality of the employees who are always eager to help. I truly experience a warm community vibe inside that store and will always choose this Home Depot over the competition.

Every employee I have ever encountered is completely willing to stop what they are doing to assist me. They always seem to know exactly what I am looking and just where to find it!

I have been coming to this store since it opened. My says it is my Macys. Keep up the great service.

Sadly, this is the last time I will visit this store. After several decades of purchasing plants and many other items from Home Depot, I have never had this kind of experience at any store... EVER.

I shopped at the Battlefield location last weekend for Xmas decorations. A lady by the name of Tiana greeted me and helped me with my shopping experience. She also assisted me with a return from a last year purchase. We purchased a reindeer and sleigh display...the lights were out on the reindeer...with out issue, she took care of it and issued out another reindeer

Do not trust the inventory quantity on the app. App said 46 T111 siding pieces were available, 3 store clerks couldn't find any.

Needed the new swiffer mop. This is the only store I could find that had one after long search for product.

Employees treat customers like they’re stealing and give them excuses for why they need to check your items after you pay for everything. Then when they don’t find anything they claim you didn’t scan an item without checking your receipt.

My grandson and one of my daughters is staying with me. My daughter asked for fire extinguishers to make her feel more secure. Also, the mosquitoes are really bothering us, so I purchased the product you connect to the garden hose. Both items were easy to find. The check out and parking lot experience show the store is well organized, and the staff is well trained and receptive, a sign of excellent management.

I went to this store on Sunday looking for a bag of wild birdseed. I could not find the product. I roamed 40% of the store looking for a clerk. When I finally found one he did not make eye contact or stop walking. I asked where the birdseed was. He pointed and said, “Over there,” as he walked away. I bought a 40 lb bag of birdseed. It was a good price. When I got it home and opened it…it was moldy, dusty, and crawling with black bugs. It was disgusting and obviously old. I will return it this week and never shop at this store again. I will try a different store before I give up all together.
